Great quality and fast delivery
I got the vortex plus air fryer in sales for only 40£ and never disappointed me

Great price on an Air fryer! I replaced my 7 year old vortex with a vortex plus for less money than I paid 7 years earlier. And delivery was free.
Delivery was very quick and the new air fryer has several improvements on the old one.
I am very happy!

I received a second hand instant pot ultimate and was really excited as my previous instant pot had been an excellent device. Unfortunately the pressure cook insert broke after one use. I believe I made the mistake and broke it by inserting it wrong. I identified the part and realised I could buy it only from the instant website but it's not in stock. It has been nearly 4 months and multiple conversations with instant but the part is still not in stock. I was offered a 20% discount on a £200 cooker while the part I need is £12.99. It's just not good enough.

The multicooker can only pressure cook, and it does pressure cook well...

But it is not a crock pot and it can't slow cook, sauté or anything on the low heat department - it looses heat when it should be building heat...
Even after trying to sauté to get heat up or pressure cook first, it just doesn't slowcook!

I am really disappointed in getting this as it doesn't live up to what it promises :(

Love the Instant Vortex air fryers. Plenty of room, easy to use and great cooking results. Also this company has exceptional customer service, I was really impressed. Thank you!

It's an excellent product and I'm really enjoying experimenting with what I can do in it. I've already given away my bread-maker, I'm using the microwave far less and the oven not all. Really easy to clean, which is a bonus. It's quite a bit smarter than I am, smarter than I am and I'd really have valued a printed instruction book for the programmes, because it would be a lot easier than the app or downloaded version to refer to while cooking. Ditto some good basic recipes would have helped me gauge timing (and avoid overcooking) in the early stages.
Instant were very easy to deal with and the Pot arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant air fryer... never let's me down

I have a WhisperQuiet Duo Plus InstantPot. I got it 3 months ago and I have used it every other day. The food in the pot cooks very quickly and it’s very tasty. I have made curries, pulled meat, pasta dishes, stews, even yogurt. It’s quick, quiet and fantastic addition to my kitchen appliances! I love it and I can’t recommend it enough

The air-fryer claimed to have a 95cm long power cable when it arrived it was only 75cm, which did not fit with what I needed, I suggest you update your advertising,

I have the Instant Vortex Plus Dual Drawer 7.6L. Air Fryer.
The first time I used it the drawer slipped out of the unit dropping the hot food to the floor and damaging the handle of the drawer.
Within 6 months, the unit is occasionally turning itself off for no reason.
I could have claimed under warranty from the supplier for this fault but because there was damage to the drawer, the return can not be authorised.
Instant will not accept the return because the first years warranty is with the retailer.
I will not use the product due to this electrical fault.
£110 down the drain!
Terrible product and company!

EDIT: In response to your reply, I did not drop the unit!
The drawer slipped out of the unit.
It was just the drawer that got dropped.
I recommend you read any reviews properly before leaving a useless response!
I did make it clear!

Terrible product which requires factory resetting constantly. Initial run didn't work, contacted support they advised factory reset. Did it and now 5 times of use later, have to factory reset each time before it actually pressurises

Easy seamless delivery and great product. I have enjoyed using it to help make my day to day cooking much easier but upgrading it to make more difficult dishes that usually would take me a bit of time. Particularly enjoy the saute plus pressure cook options which allow me to cook ingredients pre pressure cooking and really get some good flavors. The instruction guides and features are all helpful and well explained, and it's pretty seamless and easy to use. Handy for any kitchen, novice or advanced cooks a like!

I have fallen in love with Instant! I love my Instant pot for last minute delicious stews and for large batches of yoghurt, the Vortex air fryer for super quick last minute meals, the coffee machine that makes delicious coffee from coffee beans and probably the best gadget ever, my frother which now makes it hard for me to enjoy coffee out because mine is sooooooo much better! So far customer service has been great, and the price vs quality is fantastic. Def a fan!

I got the Cold brewer a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it! It makes great cold brews of tea or coffee in 20mins max instead of an overnight traditional brew. Tried it with various ground coffees, coarse and fine and had no issues. Same thing with teas, tried fresh leaves as well as dried and everything came out very tasty. Super easy to wash as the parts seperate and it goes in the diswasher. I have had a great service all around and I am very happy.

I've been using their airfryer almost ever day since I got it: from air frying, over baking, over roasting - it all comes out amazingly. It's easy to clean and the try and parts are good to go into the dishwasher.

There's a dual mode option, so you make two different food items on separate setting and even the finish can be synchronised.

Love love love my air fryer - it’s the perfect size and I can cook lasagne and garlic bread at the same time which is amazing! I’ve had 2 air fryers now and this one beats my previous one by far!
