I bought Instant Pot Duo Pro Crips and have a problem with lid Quick Release function. It's not working. I'm send support request at October 21. Today is October 30 and I still not got any response. Absolutely disappointed, company ignores their customers.
UPD for Instantpot: I'm sent email to your support email address that provided in instruction. Started from "support" and your domain. It's incorrect email address? Why you provide incorrect email address in the manual?
UPD:
My Instant Pot broke after 2 weeks of use. I got response from their support only after placing review here. They say that didn't have any replacement part for my Instant Pot and I should return it to seller for refund. Absolutely not ecological. And bad service. I should spend my time for all of it.

Order arrived damage and packing was rubbish no wonder it arrived damage. Have sent many emails but only a few back now they are not replying to emails. Shocking company would not recommend them. I now have a air fryer that I cant not use.

A Really Good Product & I'm Pleased That I Bought It.
The website selection & ordering process was simple & delivery was fast.
I intend to use the cooker mainly for it's pressure cooking function & pressure cook all the foods that can be pressure cooked as it's so fast & things are really tender.
The cooker is easy to program, easy to use & easy to clean.
All-in-all I regard it as a good device & I can recommend it.

It has all the major appliance functions Pressure cooking, stir fry, slow cooking, air fry, baking , steaming, dehydrating all in one is great addition and saves space. I am super satisfied with the product.

Love the canning feature on this machine
I bought an Instant Pot Pro Plus 5.7l mainly because it had the canning feature 😊 It arrived quickly and I love, love, love it. It makes canning so easy to do that I have been canning almost every day since it arrived. The app with recipes for your device is fabulous and everything is so easy to use.

Bought an Instant air fryer
Bought an Instant air fryer (from Argos) and it’s excellent. Bought a second grill tray directly from Instant and it arrived badly buckled. There is no customer contact number to call, so I emailed their customer contact email with all the details and a photo, but 5 days later had received no response. Sent a chase email but another 3 days later, still no response.
Eventually theymade contact after noticing my Trustpilot review and a replacement item has been received in perfect condition. The review would be 5 star, but I’ve taken a star off as not having a customer contact number as fallback when email isn’t getting through isn’t great. The air fryer is fantastic though!

Spare part arrived bent, badly packaged
Spare part arrived bent, was poorly packaged and damaged in transit.
I then bent the item back into shape so it would actually fit my air fryer and left a review on their website advising of the condition AND that I'd bent it back into shape.
I got the standard copy paste response of "below our usual standards, please take pictures"....how exactly do I take pictures of a bend that I have already unbent?
They've then sent me an auto email requesting a review and suggested trust pilot so here we are.

Rapid helpful response and replacement parts rapidly
Jordan thank you for arranging these replacement parts (valve and vent). They have both arrived safely and rapidly.
I am back cooking with my instant pot 10-in-1 which is by far my favourite way to prep meals at present and to work my way through Catherine Phipps excellent cook books on pressure cooking.
So thank you for keeping that habit alive!

Instant pot duo
Purchased an instant pot duo to replace our £30 Aldi electric pressure cooker. I read a few bad reviews but the reassurance of the 30 day money back banner on instant pot website gave me the confidence to make the purchase. The 30 day return policy has so many caveats that I would have immediately been suspicious of the product if I would have read the returns T&Cs first. The cost of the return shipping and refunds being handled by a 3rd party company set alarm bells ringing that returns process is not something the company want to excel in and purely wants to meet its minimum legal requirements. As for the product my £30 Aldi pressure cooker out performs the Instant Pot Duo but if you do really want to purchase this product DO buy it from a company with a good returns policy such as Costco ot Amazon.

I needed new seals for my instant pot 3ltr, I purchase some from Amazon which stated the would fit. Not true. Then I saw I could purchase direct from yourselves hooray !! Excellent service, arrived promptly, fitted perfectly and can now use my insthat pot again....I will not hesitate to use you again if needed thank you

I had a problem with the handle of the drawer to my Vortex airfrier. I contacted customer support, Jordan answered promptly and efficiently. A new drawer arrived in 2 days later...I cannot express how impressed I
am with this company and the Vortex Airfrier I bought through Lakeland.

Non-existent customer service in Italy for products not under warranty
I purchased an Instant Pot IP-Duo60 from Instant Pot UK via Amazon. At the first problem, I discovered that, for items no longer under warranty, they do not offer assistance in Italy and that they do not even provide spare parts. The only offer I received was for a new purchase, without even a discount. I find this absurd for a product that is widespread throughout the world.

Excellent product and superb customer service
Excellent air fryer which has so far produced good results. I had a mishap with my newly arrived fryer and reached out to the company. I was very impressed with their prompt and efficient customer service and they went way above and beyond my expectations to rectify the problem which was entirely of my own making. Cannot praise them highly enough.
