I'd recommend the Instant Pot Multi-Cooker XL 7.1L!

Always wanted a pressure cooker/slow cooker for winter food prep and bulk batch cooking. Decided on the XL version for this reason
Fast delivery and item arrived in perfect condition
Still having a play around with the settings and getting used to using it but feel this will only happen with practise. Instructions are helpful and also help videos on the website which I found extremely useful. The things I have cooked using it so far have ended up amazing so very excited to continue to use

Perfect multi cooker!

I got the 5.7L Instant Pot Multi Cooker at the end of 2024 as I wanted a smaller appliance due to being a two adult household. The instant pot is the perfect size and has all the functions I need (pressure cooking, slow cooking, sautéing, steaming and more) and is really easy to use! I use it at least twice a week!

Amazing help

Amazing help. My air fryer developed some problem with closing the drawer and it made it difficult to cook in it.
I decided to contact Instant pot directly. I'm very happy I did. The customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful. They kindly send me a replacement drawer via a courier and it was with me in no time.
The drawer works perfectly and I can happily use it for cooking, as it's my main cooking appliance. Thank you very much for all the help. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Instantpot duo crisp with ultimate lid

Second time using the pressure cooker on Instantpot duo crisp with ultimate lid, the lid stuck in the locked position. This appears to be a well known problem as there is a video on how to fix with many comments from those who have used it.

When cleaning the washer on the locking pin after releasing the lid, the cause of the problem, the pin fell into the lid itself.

There appears to be no way to retrieve it and Instantpot support refused to repair it, because I do not have the receipt, or provide any information to enable me to retrieve the locking pin and replace it. Consequently a 2 month old, expensive appliance is now useless due to a known problem.

Instantpot REFUSE to provide any assistance without a receipt or beyond warranty. Be VERY careful if buying this appliance.

Reply: As it was a gift it is not possible to return to the point of purchase. Clearly you should NOT use an Instantpot as a gift.

INSTANT SCAM

Ordered air fryer on 9th December. No receipt of payment or confirmation of order until requested. Followed up by email as no telephone availability, told it had been sent by DPD and still not received. I suspect I have been scammed and going to get refund from credit card company. Do not order or use this company at all.

Great air fryer!

I first purchased an air fryer from Instant nearly 3 years ago. I hadn’t heard of the brand previously and went with a recommendation from a morning t.v. programme. It’s still working perfectly but when I saw this larger dual drawer model on sale I decided to upgrade. I researched other more well known models but reviews were very mixed and cost considerably more. I’m thrilled with my new larger model.

Bad experience with slow cooker

Purchased a slow cooker broke in a few months and they refuse to fix it or take it back stating we have not purchased from a list or retailers that they will only guarantee for. Who checks this when you buy something ? Very bad customer service lots of ignoring, asking more information then ignoring again and never answering questions asked of them. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

As you had purchased your Slow Cooker from an Auction, this is not an authorised seller and therefore not covered by our warranty.

If we cannot to confirm the origin of the product, date of original purchase as well as how the product has been cared for up until this point, we are unable to proceed with a warranty claim.

Customer Service??

My Instant Pot is a great bit of kit - but it's gone wrong with a fault that says contact customer service. How do you contact customer service? Via a form on the web page which asks for plenty of info. then seems to disappear into the ether. No clue if they have it, no acknowledgment, and so no current functioning Instant Pot. It's easy to be a great company if nothing goes wrong, the real measure is how things are dealt with when they do.

Take care WHEN you order.

Delivery was good but product went on sale a day or two after I got it. My previous experiences with other companies was that they would apply the new discounted price as a courtesy- but not instant pot sadly. They said I could return at my cost and order again instead. Wasn’t worth the hassle.

I purchased an Instant Pot air fryer from this company. What a huge mistake.

I purchased an Instant Pot airfryer and 2 pairs of filters from this terrible company. (My mistake) through Paypal. It started of not too bad. I received the Air fryer within a week. I was able to use this for 3 days before it stopped working. I contacted Jordan at Instant pot who requested some pictures of the unit and the wall socket on showing the unit not working. I waited for a reply which did not arrive. I emailed back stating I wanted to work with them on a resolution and gave them a couple of days to reply adding I would contact Paypal if no reply was had. Today came and went with one final email asking them to intact me with a suggestion. Needless to say nothing arrived. So now I have had to open a dispute with Paypal regarding this company. I hoped to avoid escalation of this matter, However I have been left with no option. What truly dreadful customer service. Absolutely terrible company. Avoid. Oh by the way. I never received my filters either. 🥺

I ordered a replacement drawer for my…

I ordered a replacement drawer for my Instant Vortex Airfryer. Ordering and delivery was great, but a manufacturing issue with the replacement item meant that the drawer doesnt lock into place. The issue was raised via their on line support portal, but have received no response whatsoever. Have scoured the Internet for a telephone number to call, but there just isn't one. I'm now left with an item that is unusable and scared to order another one with the fear the same issue exists. VERY POOR!!
It was only the ordering and delivery that scored the points, othwise a big fat " 0 " would've been my experience.

Finally it is value for money

Delivery left outside of the premises in the lane, not even outside the front door, sheer laziness!
Water inside the plastic bags & around the coffee maker. Quite simply it meant taking the machine apart and leaving it in the warm kitchen to make sure the electrics were dried out. Finally poor Customer Service response. I pointed out the above two points, your man replied to one. Am I a mind reader, he gets affronted when I query his email. Overriding the above the Coffee Grinder/Maker appears to be value for money

Our air fryer went wrong with only two weeks left on guarantee. I received a replacement five days after reporting the problem. It was all dealt with very efficiently & without any quibbles . I would definitely buy from this company again.

Great little air fryer!

I recently ordered an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer, which arrived within a day or two. It's perfect, but I've not yet had a chance to use it as I'm a novice (and in the middle of having a new kitchen installed).

I can't wait to try my new air fryer!
