My 3rd purchase from here, I have the original instant pot, a dual zone air fryer and most recently purchased the oven style air fryer with rotisserie.

Delivery was fast and problem free and I’m loving the latest addition to my kitchen. Really easy to use and gives great results. I’m an older person and not very tech savvy and just cooking for 2 people so I rarely ever use my main oven now as these products do everything I need.

Since purchasing I’ve received a few emails with instructions and ideas for how to make the most of my product which is useful.

A trusted brand with great products, reasonably priced and quick delivery to my door, I have no hesitation in recommending.

Finding and ordering what I wanted was easy and delivery was fast.

Amazing, convenient, easy to clean and so versatile! Love it! 🥰

I am absolutely obsessed with my air fryer! It is so much quicker and more effective than the oven. I have tried so many new recipes. I love the dual drawer option and all of the different settings - the roast setting makes the best roast potatoes!

It turned out to be defective and their customer service was a nightmare. Not sure why they couldn't just replace it, but they refused. Very disappointed.

I recently got the instant vortex plus versazone air fryer as I was looking for a more versatile machine compared to my previous air fryer

I've so far used the bake and air fryer options and have to say, in terms of ease of use, this one is right up there

Simple instructions show you how to use it in dual basket mode or one large section for cooking an all in one meal as I did

It alerts you as to when the pre-heatng is done & gives advice on when to turn/check the food

All in all, another excellent machine and definitely one I would recommend

It simply is amazing. It delivers on what it promise to do. The best one for me is the Yoghurt maker which gives me amazing yoghurt every single time I make it.

Fryer arrived very quickly after ordering, so excellent customer service.
Item received exactly as advertised, very easy to use, very versatile with the removable middle section turning it into a perfect oven for larger items and portions. A bonus is that it doesn’t take up that much work top space either. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Recently bought the VortexPlus VersaZone 8.5L air fryer which I really love, amazed at how many things you can do with it. Big thanks to Kris in customer service so efficient, nothing is too much trouble and the speed at which they respond is first class, don't hesitate to buy from this company!

New owner of an instant pot and purchased an additional stainless steel insert. Good price and very fast delivery, hence very happy.

Seamless and quick delivery of a great product. Not heard of instant brands before so I was a little dubious but took a chance and received the parcel within a few days.

When I first got the 7 in 1 instant pot, my first thought was oh my how am I going to get my head around this! Tbh it was actually really easy to follow the instructions to use and you can scan the code and download some fantastic recipes. I've used every function apart from the yoghurt making one which I just need to get around too it, and I'm very happy with
everything about it. Sure has made life easier, pretty much at the push of a few buttons and your meal cooks. I even cooked my Christmas ham using the pressure cooker function, which was ever so soft and tender. The slow cooker is great for when you are at work and want to come home to a warm dinner. Easy to clean too, the inner pot goes into the dishwasher. I'd highly recommend this instant pot 7 in 1 multi cooker, oh and its a great size for family meals.

Well , the product itself is fantastic. Shame about the company though, I wonder if the US arm of the business knows what happens in the UK? I might just contact them. Anyhow, needed a spare for my Instant Pot Duo, it is a round piece of plastic , which is a heat pad that you put the Air Fryer lid onto when it cools down. Mine broke and I wanted to purchase a spare. Apparently they don't sell this as a spare and I have to buy an entire new unit. Really??

1. Not ECO friendly is it, just wasteful.
2. You expect me to pay £179 albeit minus 15% discount offered - Is this a joke?

What a p-take.
Instant Pot - IMPROVE your customer SERVICE, as one day when you don't have customers left because they can get BETTER service from other suppliers, you will look back and think, if only we weren't such fools!

My Vortex air Fryer had a crack in the glass but was out of warranty. Nevertheless I contacted Instant Pot who responded immediately and after viewing a photo sent me a replacement at no cost. This arrived the following day!
As far as I am concerned the level of Customer service is as good as, if not better, than I have received from other companies. Thank you and well done to Kris and Jason who are a credit to the company

Got instant Pot Uk multi cooker and I’m absolutely happy with it !!! As professional Chef can say that it’s so useful product to Chefs and simply home cooks ! Multi cooker saving so much or your time plus equipment used for cooking . Absolutely happy , recommend and looking forward to purchase more products from Instant pot !!!!

One of the best products by far. While getting our kitchen done, Instant pot was our kitchen for 3 months. one pot meals to steaming, to cooking a curry, it did it all. Easy to use and clean made my life so much easier. I highly recommend there products especially if you are going to University or moving into a new place or generally its a great gadget to have with all the easy to use functions.
