Customer service? NOT !!

Although my Instant Pot air fryer works well, it’s losing its digital display. There is no way to ring customer services so I followed their instructions and emailed them including their form filled out with my name , address, email, phone no, date of purchase. Place of purchase, photos of the machine and the silver sticker on the back, and an explanation of what’s happening and asking if there’s anything I can do to correct it ( I’ve had it just over 2 years).
I then received an email from them asking for all the details I’ve already supplied, photos I’ve already supplied and a photo of the receipt which I no longer have 2 years on Without all of which ( bearing in mind this is not a warranty claim ) it appears they can’t advise me.
🤔🤔🤔🤔more like customer NONservice.

Great product , better customer service.

I bought the Air fryer a year ago. And the cooking box started popping back out due to some issues.
After sending the details to the team , I was swiftly provided a replacement without any hassle.

Thanks to Logan and team at Instant .
The appliance itself is really good and would recommend.

Fabulous kitchen gadget

This is such a fabulous gadget. The pressure cooking function makes light work of so many meals, from soups and stews to real porridge with pinhead oatmeal. It also makes terrific yoghurt, so you can make organic, whole yoghurt for a fraction of the price of buying it from the supermarket. Very easy to use and easy to clean - I wouldn't be without it now.

Instant Pot @gasmarksix

My new Instant Pot has transformed the way I plan my weekly menu. The multifunctional gadget is a game changer – it's compact, lightweight, and easy to use.

In the past, some of my favorite recipes would take hours to prepare and cook, but that's no longer the case; most recipes can now be cooked in just minutes. It couldn't be easier than this!

With the free Instant Pot app, you have access to hundreds of healthy meal options with minimal effort. My favourite feature is the custom function button; my rice and peas recipe cooks so quickly, it feels like it's on speed dial! @gasmarksix

meal prep game changer with the instant pot multi cooker!

I have the instant pot classic 5.7L multi cooker and honestly it has completely changed my meal prep routine. what used to take me hours now gets done in a fraction of time - from cooking big batch meals to making oats for breakfast for the week. honestly it couldn't get any easier than this, i can batch cook an entire week's worth of healthy meals with minimal effort. if you're like me and you want to save time but eat well then an instant pot is a must have(especially for weeknight dinners).

Also great customer service - quick and efficient support when contacting for support.

The Game-Changer

I’m honestly amazed by how much I use the 5.7L Instant Pot Multicooker! It makes cooking so much quicker and easier – from stews to rice to even baking, it handles it all. Total game-changer in my kitchen! Really happy with the quality and reliability of the Instant Pot brand too.

Nifty little pot and brilliant customer service

I have been delighted with my instant pot - I bought the 5.7L duo crisp 11-in-1 with air fryer lid a couple of years ago, and it has been in constant use since then. I use it most as a pressure cooker or an air fryer - the pressure cooker setting is particularly clever because I can cook a curry in the main pot, and simultaneously put a glass bowl of rice and water on the trivet within the main pot (ie sitting in the curry) and both cook in 15 mins at the same time - absolutely brilliant. The saute and slow cook functions are also much used in our house.

So far so great, but what prompted me to write this review was the customer service I received when I contacted instant pot last month. I wanted to purchase a replacement air fryer lid on its own because my husband was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease and we had been advised that the air fryer lid components would have gluten contamination so needed replacing. I was a bit worried that instant pot might say the lids could not be purchased alone, and I would have to shell out for a whole new pot. But Logan and the instant pot team were so helpful - they sent us a replacement free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, completely unexpectedly. They were so wonderful in all their communications with us, and so kind and helpful. Really grateful to them. Even before interacting with the CS team recently, I had only positive things to say about my experience buying and using an instant pot - so much so that my mother and mother in law also bought them a few months after I did!

A company with a real attitude problem.

I recently ordered 2 air fryers direct from the Instant pot website. I didn't receive an order confirmation email, but in due course revived notification that the courier had a parcel for me.

A couple of days later my order arrived. Unfortunately, one if the boxes was seriously damaged/dented. I immediately took photos, and reported the issue within 2 hours of delivery. I requested a return for the damaged item.

4 days later (yes that's days not hours) I received a reply. The associate didn't bother to acknowledge the inconvenience or disappointment, or to offer any apology for it. Instead, they literally opened by staying that the photos showed that the unit itself was undamaged, but that I could return it at my cost if I wanted. This despite the fact that the photos definitely DIDN'T show that the unit was undamaged.

I replied saying that I wasn't prepared to pay postage for the return of a damaged item, and requested a returns label or an assurance that my costs would be refunded. That was 5 days ago, and it seems they can't even be bothered to reply.

So instead of returning one unit, I'll instead be returning both. It seems I'll have to pay for the return, but I consider it a small cost to learn never to buy from this company again.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have also reviewed the images and can see images of damage to the box but if there is any damage to the products themselves, we of course want to resolve this the best way we can and I can see my colleague has contacted asking for images of this so we can assist further.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam that sells defective products. I bought an Instant Vortex Plus Versazone air fryer that developed a fault within 3 months. Instant Pot sent me a replacement which developed the same fault within a month. I asked for a refund. They advised I have to return the air fryer in the original packaging. I explained I don't have the original packaging any longer and asked what I should do. After no response, I emailed again. Still no response. I asked for a replacement if I can't get a refund. Still no response. I have a faulty air fryer and am £100 out of pocket. Please do not waste your money on products from this company.

Update: I finally received a response to my email and to their credit Instant Pot sent me a box to send the air fryer back in. It was tested, found to be faulty and I have now received a full refund. All's well that ends well but I won't be buying another Instant Pot air fryer.

Poor product and zero customer support

I recently purchased an Instant Pot Milk Frother Station on 29 Nov 2024, but it is not working as expected. The station is unable to warm the milk. It is out of order since mid Feb then I have been contacting customer service via email and online form with no response and there is no phone number or online chat on web site.i won’t suggest anyone to buy instant pot product.

lovely pot

They were very quick after i ordered it came very quickly and the pot is lovely, but the only thing i brought this as the other pot stuck on the bottom and i was disapointed so when i made the stew in this one it also was stuck on the bottom as i thought it would not stick being cermanic
