Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your report and can see you purchased a Gold Check. This does include Mileage history, and on the top of the report you should see a tab called "Mileage History" this will show all the recorded mileage since the cars first MOT

You have charged once for a vehicle check. When i have time to take a good look its gone .and so have to pay again just to take a second look .and most of the info is free to view with goverment free mot or tax check .and milage . So not cheap and allready had most of the info before hand from there free check ......

If for any reason you close the report page, you still have access to your report as this is emailed to you, and is also available to retreive by the Retrieve Previous Check option in the footer of our site.
However, upon checking our communication and order log I am only able to locate one order matching your name, email address or Reg Number. There is not a second order placed.
I can also see you have ordered a Gold check, which include many checks not available free online such as the Outstanding Finance, Scrapped, Insurance Theft, Stolen and many more.
Due to this I am unsure if this review was meant for us or another Reg Check company, To ensure we can investigate this I have reached out to you via email

Thank you for feedback and I apologise you are not happy with your Silver report. This report provides a lot more than what is shown on the Free Gov website. The gov website only shows the Tax and MOT due dates along with basic vehicle information.
Our silver report does show this information ,however, we also provide checks on Import/ Export status, Scrapped information, Outstanding Finance, Plate transfers, Police Stolen check, Insurance Stolen check, Write Off Check, Clone checks and much more.
