Everything about them is amazing. Super user-friendly and clean landing pages and customer chat is on point. They are super smart people with a great understanding of the digital marketing space.

Instapage is a very user friendly site to create webpages, most in under a day. I was able to create a landing page almost instantly. The tools are very easy and I was able to pick them up quickly. It doesn't require too much training to get started with Instapage, and once you've learned how to make one page, you can create any webpage you want. Nothing I know beats the user experience of this site. Although they have some bugs with images, their support is very friendly and will be glad to help you with your troubles. Unlike other companies, they don't make you talk to a bot for 10 minutes, leaving you frustrated with the product. They put you on a very short queue, then lead you directly to a human, something I value in a company.

As a paying customer, I experienced many bugs with the software. I tried to contact the support team multiple times. The first time, no solution was provided to the bug. The second time, a quick fix was provided, but quickly bugged again. The third time, I asked for a credit for all the time lost on our side dealing with this pressing issue. I was supposed to get a follow-up from management in 24 hours and I didn't. I asked for someone to call me and deal with this issue ASAP, and they told me they don't offer phone support at all.

Their builder is great and it is one of the best landing page softwares I've ever used. It is very intuitive.

They do not honor their own ToS. If you are working part of their affiliate program, they refuse to pay contractors who set up sites on behalf of their clients. Word of warning. I've spoken with several contractors who have said the same thing.

They change their fees then charge your corporate card with HUGE increases and make it a pain in the a$$ to get a refund once you cancel.

Expensive, it keeps getting more and more expensive, when we started it was 39.99, than 79,99 now it's at 99.99. Way to expensive. It works nice and most things smooth but the price is just a bit out there. Their affiliate program pays 30% forever, they could cut the price with 30% too. That would have been great.

Fine until something goes wrong. Customer service takes hours and hours to respond, with no live chat ever available.

In general the product is very good, most features work fine.

Two things that bothers me:
1. There's no way to enable an actual spam filter (reCaptcha, JavaScript tests etc.). This means you get A LOT of spammy traffic which ruins your statistics.

2. They will not allow you to conduct a short VC or call with the support in the lower tier.

Easy to use, most difficult part of the process was deciding on the correct content. No web design or landing page design or coding skill required!

Instapage makes landing pages easy. It corrals my leads, easily lets me make changes to my pages, and integrates with my lead software via their connected integrations. It’s by far the most intuitive landing page software I’ve used. The price may seem steep, but for the number of leads I’m generating, combined with the flexibility to design and analyze pages, it’s definitely worth it. I especially love the simple dashboard I see when I log in. I can immediately tell which pages are converting, how many conversions I’ve accumulated and can assess what changes need to be made. However, the best thing about it is the easy page builder. I’ve impressed my marketing team with incredible websites using the simple page designer which allows you to insert blocks, sign up forms, buttons – the works. Fantastic stuff.

At first I was a little skeptical that I could make a landing page by myself, without a programmer or a web designer. But I could! And best of all, my landing pages look great :)
Most of actions can be done witouth reading any helping page, because the tools are very intuitive and visual. Of course, some things are a little complex, like publishing the site on my own domain. But the "how to" manuals are great and very easy to folllow. People at instapage also send you emails when they realize that you are stuck.
Online chat is also a great service. Every time I had a doubt, I could chat with an agent in less than a minute. And the're were very kind with me.
I have tried a couple of landing pages services, but they were more difficult to use. And they also were more expensive, and had less templates. Instapage is a great service, I recommend it.

As someone who is not at all a graphic/web designer, but is responsible for digital marketing within my organization, I needed a platform that didn’t contain the same limitations of needing to know html, css or designing something from scratch. Instapage has knocked these expectations out of the park. It is helpful to have countless templates that are editable as well as customizable out of the box. Everything from background images to form fields, from button colors and font types are customizable. I also find all of the integrations Instapage offers to be extremely helpful, including the Webhook integration that allows for a Pardot form handler to be placed on top of the Instapage form AND the Wordpress integration that allows for easy connection directly to our website. Looking forward to everything Instapage can help our organization do in the future!

Great service, but overpriced for 200.000 visitors/mo

Instapage is a great landing page builder that makes it possible to set up landing pages with just a couple of clicks with an awesome end result (mobile-friendly and ssl included in all subscriptions). I haven't seen anything similar in quality on the market.

With Instapage the bottleneck is not technology any more but your creativity and copywriting skills.

Their service is first-class: very helpful with short response times and adequate answers and easy to follow instructions.

I'm very pleased with my overall experience and even the price didn't deter me. I'm quite thrifty when it comes to spending for my small business but Instapage could be that 'indispensable tool' that even has the potential to earn the multiple of the costs back both in time saved and extra revenue earned.

Instapage was great up until they tried forcing me to pay $2,000 a month to upgrade to their Enterprise plan. I was already a customer paying $200 a month for nearly 2 years, they told me since I was exceeding their 200k visitor limit I needed to upgrade to their Enterprise plan in order to keep my pages. I decided that was too much and went with another page builder, after I told them I wouldn't upgrade they immediately closed my account.

I can't recommend them anymore- it seems as they are a very unethical company
