I am very impressed by the quality of instasmile and the fitting to my natural teeth is immaculate. They have given me so much confidence and I get so many compliments how natural they are I'm glad I changed the shade to A1 from BL1 because A1 is perfect and not as bright. Absolutely superb customer service, clear & easy instructions ( with customer support if required ).
I am suffering radiation damage from 4 years ago after I had my tongue and floor of mouth removed due to head & neck cancer, the 6 weeks of radiotherapy ( every day ) was brutal, however just recently my teeth have given up & break, snap on a daily basis. I received my order only yesterday & WOW so chuffed, Im hoping to work with Instasmile & their marketing team as I truly believe this is a game changer for anyone who has suffered mouth cancer. Can't really fault the customer service - rather slow but they do always get back to you. My first set was made and delivered within 3 Week (I paid for quicker delivery) they came and they looked awful, I didn't chose the brightest white and they were so fake looking they were massive it looked like joke teeth I emailed saying I wasn't happy and I got a new set re made (for extra money) and went for the lightest shade all be it they arrived quick and are definitely less fake looking and more of a natural shade they do still look really bulky and fake I would be too self conscious to wear them unfortunately. I see how they maybe work for some people but not for me unfortunately

The new upper veneer has made my mouth look totally different. My level of confidence is much better. I look forward to being able to get my lower pair. Thank you instasmile!

My experience was great. I must've recast at least 8 times, and they called/emailed me each time. And they were amazing, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely skeptical about snap on veneers. My upper teeth are terrible, mostly from previous dental work that broke,chipped, or came out. Fortunately, my bottom teeth are in better condition.
I decided to try and risk losing $300. For what I expected to be a noticeable set of false teeth...All snap in I've seen look too big or super white. Like no natural teeth are that color, no matter what you do.
The impression kit arrived with 2 molds. It was so easy I got it right and approved 1st try.
I ordered middle shade, Online, it looked more natural to me. My veneers took about 20 days to come in. I immediately was surprised...they looked great and not big at all. They snap in tight and makes my upper teeth look good again. The ONLY problem was not their fault.. the shade was off compared to my lowers. They look lighter on a phone screen than in person. I should had ordered the more aged ones (A2). I emailed a representative to see what my options were as far as color of my veneers.
They told me that I was in the 14 day warranty and if the fit was correct that they will send me another set, but in the more aged color option.
That was it!!! I should have the others in a couple weeks, I didn't have to pay for shipping ar nothing. Chosing Instasmile was one of the best decisions I made concerning my teeth! I can smile with confidence again.
I am just a 45 year old blue collar man. I was not offered or given anything for my positive review. It was earned every step of the way. From molding, to quality, to customer service. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
