Husband couldn't be happier!
My husband has been wanting his teeth done for a while. Whitened and a few small flaws fixed. These are perfectly made, the perfect color (natural white, not Hollywood white), perfect fit, the process was so straight forward and easy to follow. He doesnt plan to wear them daily but he is very excited to take them on our cruise coming up and future events for that confidence boost. We're both very happy and couldn't recommend this company more!

SCAM ALERT!!!! Absoloute dispacable company. Took £350 off me. Sent out the impressions kit. I never returned it as circumstances for me have changed. They have decided that im only entitled to a £250 refund. £250!!!! I haven't used their services, but they are entitled to keep £101 of my money!! The best scam artists around!! You dont get nothing for free, but it seems this company does!!
In a society where things are so hard, why do scammy companies think this is acceptable.

FANTASTIC
I found the process of making the moulds easy by ensuring I followed all the steps provided and in the video. Sent them off and my veneers came back swiftly. They fit perfectly however I had ordered the Hollywood white which once I tried were way to bright. I should have gone for an ivory shade.
I contacted instasmile immediately and they informed me that I had an extended warranty so they were happy to remake them for me in shade A2.
No further charges, no more moulds.

SCAM…
The customer service is absolutely horrible. You are in a 3 day money back warranty after receiving them. However even tho you contact them with any issues they WILL NOT CONTACT YOU BACK for a week. Its the same email you use when making the molds. They respond very quickly when you are getting them formed, but not if you send them back. I put the video in my reply back of me trying to put them on, and the bottom not fitting, the top being very bulky. I, However went ahead and sent mine back to the senders address on the package after emailing them. Only for them to still tell me I will not receive a refund. Please do not buy from these people !!!

As outlined in our Warranty Policy, returns are not permitted for custom-made items and we do not provide a return address for this reason. In order to assess any concerns, we require supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
As the product has now been returned without authorisation, we are unfortunately no longer able to complete a warranty assessment and the warranty is void in line with our terms.

Winning! Customer Satisfaction::Speechless.Wonderful fit, only struggled with waiting-a bit.
I think the only negative thing i experienced overall - was the wait time. After getting approved and emailed the link for the return postage - needed to send the impressions back; i wanted the process to be faster than it was. Overall i am very satisfied with the veneers. They fit really well. Theyre very realistic. Besides the super high gloss. That glares and reflects light. I would definitely recommend and would come back every few years for new/spare veneers!

What a joke. Waited over a month for my veneers. They finally show up and I look like Jim Carrey from the Mask! They are cartoon teeth and don’t even fit. I asked for a refund. They kept $160 of it claiming it as an admin fee. What a scam! Turned them over to the BBB.

Your product was found not to be seating correctly due to a fit issue, and as a result we offered to remake it at no additional cost using a new impression. We also provided the option of a shade change if preferred.
As outlined in the contract, these are custom-made items and, in the event of a concern, we require customers to allow us the opportunity to remake the product.
As you requested a refund instead, an exception was made. However, an administration fee was applied to cover costs already incurred including custom manufacturing, materials, technician and design time, impression processing, production handling, and shipping.
We're sorry you did not allow us to correct the fit issue as a good outcome could have been achieved.
