I signed up for the trial, didn't like it and stopped all services. It is still liking and following people automatically. I've changed my instagram password to prevent it accessing my account, but to no success.

How can I fully close my Instazood account?

As a customer who have been using this service for over 1 year, I have learnt many things from the bot even about Instagram itself, and it has actually helped my business with a satisfying result

Paid $9.99 for a month of the autoliker bot, and then another $9.99 had to be deposited to buy their proxy in order for it to "work". It never worked. It didn't like any pictures, It didn't follow anyone, it didn't leave any comments, it didn't view any stories. After I deposited the $9.99 to buy the proxy, it said that they didn't have anymore proxy's available at this time. So I just gave them $20 for nothing. Now when I sign into my account and try to continue my normal activities, I can't like any pictures on Instagram. I don't know if it is temporary or not and I'm MAD. I will be filling a claim with the FTC, PayPal, and leaving reviews. In a nut shell, Avoid this company at ALL COST!

After i gave my user name and pasword he change it and tried to hack me

Great for managing all of my clients Instagram accounts from a PC. Was able to schedule posts and monitor all of my engagements.

I used it for the 3 free days and in that day my account was used to follow some weird profiles (about 200 fake accounts) within a few hours. Wouldn't trust this.

Instazood has done me good, but every 2 days since a week, it just stops working. I always wait those 3 days but honestly guys, it's tiring. I use a proxy from my own country, never show any activity on insta. It's like I can't even open the app to see if likes are working or instazood shuts down. I am constantly losing days on my account, which is a waste.

I'm from italy and instazood doesen't work, i've setted all right, I followed your page's advice and tutorial but it does not work, I bought 30 days. i need a support. please solve this problem... it follows 3 people in 6 hours, put 20 likes and cover 100 people. it's impossible!

I have tried several bots, and then I discovered Instazood. After the second day of free trial I made my subscription, because it is the best! I have started a small business and I needed more custumers, well, in a few days I got fabulous results thanks to the right target that I could choose.
I feel very comfortable with the control panel, it is intuitive and very easy and clear to use it, I love the fact that you can customize a lot (like the time for unfollowing). I think that it is the best also for the price. Instazood has guides

I finally bought more than 60 days of the like bot after the trial and now suddenly likes are not working anymore, apparently due to instagram changes. Also bought the proxy to see if this helps, but still not working. There is no possibility to contact support because it tells me my user does not exist. Really poor Instazood!

First of all, get it out of your chest, yes I am Chinese, and yes I do use Instagram, and yes like you I am smart enough to have searched out Instazood to promote my business.
With that all said, if you don’t hold anything against China, and would like to find out how good instazood is, what to expect if you run into problems, and how to overcome them, please do go ahead and read my ture experience below.
I have used instazood for more than two months now. Truth be told, just like Facebook ad services, I have encounter a few issues, e.g. constantly getting my password changed by instagram, like everyone who rated 1 star below me, i was frustrated with instazood.
However, their customer service was so responsive and effective, AFTER I clearly explained my issues, instazood support team has not provided the help I needed to overcome my current issues, but also guided me all the way thru, which prevents me from EVER run into problems with the Instagram system altogether. I would love to post screen shots of their help, but couldn’t find the attachment option.
Out of my sincerity, I would like to tell everyone who’s interested, that in order to NEVER encounter any problems, please CAREFULLY READ instazood helps and guides!!!
And if you do run into problems, don’t give up so easily, use your time and energy to solve your problem with Instazood support team!
Speaking from someone who have encountered multiple issues not only just with instazood, but Instagram Facebook etc, in my opinion, unless your account is permanently banned for good (if only bans you for reasons that was soooooooo out of line), there will always be a solution waiting to be found by you!

Impossible to add account. I have tried from multiple devices and installed their app (which looks dodgy) and still nothing. Why make it impossible to use your service? Or if it's not your fault, why Instagram so against your service?

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CONNECTION

Not only that is it almost impossible to get an account connected, but I can't get to any customer support, the login app they have is worthless, the activity seems over priced, and the dashboard is not user friendly. I will continue to use The Social Sharks service who actually use Instagress's system which everyone loves.

I am trying to submit a ticket, and when it takes me to login it says that I do not have a valid email even though I am logged in on another page with THAT EMAIL. Is there another way to submit a ticket? My question is that the people on my white list are getting deleted and before I pay for this service, I want to make sure it works correctly.

This is one of the worst services I ever come across. I am seriously fed up with their no service and fake analytics. I am a genuine instazood user with zero satisfaction at all. Just paid instazood couple of days back and now I'm regretting it. I still regret my decision of choosing instazood and trusting upon them. I shouldn't have opted in the first place. I would advise you all to not to opt for their service as they're totally fake.

My Likes has stopped working, and I couldn't find a suitable proxy in my country . Lagos,Nigeria. If I can't get a solution I would have to switch to another Bot.

Worked well the first month, but it's been downhill since there. Support is non-existent. Tried to really maximize the features they offer, but sent 3 emails asking correct format to upload a file of targets and nobody responded.
