This is the worst service

This is the worst service. These people are very dishonest and the service is always malfunctioning. They will also easily get you blocked even when you use the app correctly and do not work it aggressively. Their customer service team are liars. Try using Jarvee instead if you are tech-savvy. This company is very unprofessional and just like their response below they do not care to actually resolve issues.

I was banned for their default settings, and the review below mine pretty much sums up my experience so I wont beat a dead horse....
I too attempted to reach out to support, but I never received any responses at all.
I find it funny they argue with all the negative reviews instead of trying to SUPPORT or REMEDY the issue.
I lost an important account.

"Their default settings got my account banned, and my IP Blocked from creating/using another IG account.
Their support did NOT answer when I reached out concerned PRIOR to being banned, and asking how I should scale their settings back.
When you reach out AFTER being banned they AVOID all responsibility, and tell you to download a VPN.... lol...
Do NOT try this service.
The 3 day free trial will leave you wishing you had never found the company.

Can't say i am a massive fan

Can't say i am a massive fan.

I now follow a bunch of random pages that dont even speak english, so im basically left with a whole heap of spam. I also tried to contact support multiple times before my trial ended and my email address wasn't recognised, therefore I couldn't get into contact with anyone which was extremely annoying. Considering i cant get into contact with them on the website, maybe i could get into contact with you here - why has my trial ended but im still "following" more and more people. I haven't followed anyone since before i started this, and my followings keep growing (im not talking about my followers, im talking about who im following.)

Tried the 3 day trial

Tried the 3 day trial, gained 150 followers but also the site forgot to mention they don’t unfollow after trial is over even though I had this as an option. I’m now stuck with 1500 accounts that I have to unfollow and ruin my engagement chart by unfollowing all these people on my own time. I also got like blocked day 2!

Now I can’t contact support as the trial is over and doesn’t recognize my email adresa as registered so Wish I never signed up.

RESPONSE: I still don’t see why I have to unfollow now over 1500 spam accounts on my own. This was suppose to be something your service would do. I would have considered the platform If support and unfollowing wasn’t an issue.

Best Engagement bot

I have been using instazood since August 2018 and have grown my account by a few thousand followers since. The service is great and does exactly what you want it to do. I even have contacted customer support for when I have problems and they reply as soon as they can. They have given me a few days back for when my bot was not working properly.

Adequate, but avoid if you are a business.

Was adequate at gaining followers, but nearly destroyed my relationship with influencers with whom I have relationships. Despite whitelisting my own personal follows (i.e. clicking the option that prevents the bots from unfollowing accounts I personally followed), Instazood automatically unfollowed those FIRST. This angered quite a few accounts I rely on for press, with some going so far as blocking my business.

Thinking it was my mistake, I played around with the settings and made sure personal follows were protected.

Nope. The bot unfollowed my personal follows AGAIN.

The damage this did to my brand was quite significant. And I would have loved to have discussed this with the staff of Instazood, but submitting a complaint was impossible. Literally impossible. When I tried to submit a complaint, I would be directed to log in. I would log in, and, despite inputting the correct user name and password, would get an error page.

I’m giving this service two stars, because the following actually did help me to gain followers in the few weeks I used the service. However, so much of this service feels like a scam (likes/comment feature doesn’t work, for instance).

If you care about your account and are running a business, stay far away and grow your social media presence organically or with a proper engagement agency (like I use now). If your account is just for fun and your livlihood isn’t dependent on it, Instazood is adqueate.

Scam, y lo intentan ocultar.

Actualizado: Han denunciado mi opinión como hacen con todas las negativas para que la gente no se de cuenta de su estafa.
He resuelto YO solo el problema que tenían ellos, dejaban de seguir a seguidores que yo había seguido.
Pero la sorpresa es que cuando vuelvo a confiar en ellos, pago, y no me dejan vincular mi cuenta, no me devuelven el dinero y cierran los tickets de soporte que tenía pendientes con ellos, van a dejar que pase todo el tiempo posible de la reclamación de Paypal.
ES UNA ESTAFA! Tenéis muchos más servicios no fraudulentos.

I have solved the problem that they had, they stopped following followers that I had followed.
But the surprise is that when I return to trust them, I pay again, and they do not let me verificate my account, they do not refund the money and they close the support tickets that I had pending with them, they are going to let me spend as much time as possible in Paypal claim.
SCAM!
You have many more non-fraudulent services.

Followed the advice on the site

Followed the advice on the site, got blocked from liking in IG within 1 day of paying for the service... Paused everything waited a few days, Reduced the limits and speed even further and within an hour I'm blocked again. My experience has been terrible and I would recommend people avoid. No way to claim remaining money back or un-allocate from a campaign. No real support available beyond faq from what I can see.

#Update# Thanks for replying. I'm not really sure what to make of the first part... do you honestly think that only your competitors give bad reviews or do you just not take annoyed customers seriously? either way, it's an odd comment at best.

Anyway... Thanks for the link to the support page, it's the page with faq's on that I referred to in the original post. Now to be fair, after quite a scroll through I did eventually find the place to submit a ticket lurking at the bottom of the page.
I find this very frustrating because it's almost hidden. I visited that page several times looking for support or any help that would be of use. From a customers point of view, if support is seemingly unavailable, and using your service has resulted in an account being blocked, customers want to access help quickly. Your current support page does not offer that, in fact, it forces you to search through faq's and articles and highlighted sections, when in fact, all we really want is a link placed somewhere clearly to obtain support. So, hence why I abandoned trying to get support and just cancelled the service outright.

I think what this really highlights is that you guys have some work to do on the user-friendliness of your site and service. I stand by the fact that I've had a bad experience with you. In a very short space of time, your service got me blocked twice and your reply to this and tone of your reply only solidifies the fact that I'm right to decide to not spend any further money with you, further to that I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone. I wish you the best and hope for yourselves that you take onboard this feedback.

Happy with it
