I have always used instazood, but for the past few days it has not been working. I try to contact support and I can't. Do you have any direct email to send? I am able to login as normal to use Instazood, but when I try to support it gives an error.

It doesn't work...
It used to work great a year ago. Today I attempted to use it again after a year. Nothing works now. Whenever I try to add my Instagram account, it says no matching options. None of the functions work. I doubt that I can get a refund. So save your money and get Instagram automation elsewhere. This service doesn't work anymore.

This is very sad
I am very sad with Instazood, their service is not working properly since a time a go. I decide to give them an opportunity despite all the bad reviews they have. For me Instazood do the job for 5 or 6 days then they do like a change in their webpage and everything is not working. I cant save my settings every time I do the changes it goes back to default, my whitelist for unfollows is missing, etc. Their support page does not work either, I wrote an email to thier support address but they, as all the reviews says they do not answer anything.

1st: perfect. Then, horrible experience.
Everything started perfectly but the Instagram algorithm made it useless.
I'm waiting almost a year to get a refund from them and every time they replied to me it's a new problem: 'It's fixed now, try', 'your money will be send in the next days', 'We can't give your money back now because we need to fix a problem with PayPal"...
So I'm really tired. I was really happy but not now.
And I want my money back. I'm not gonna stop until I get it the way I sent it to them.
Avoid them because as you see their support is really not helpful and trustful.

The tiktok bot never worked for me. I asked for a refund multiple times but the support only copied and pasted the same reply and insisted they would correct the issue. This never happened, and I wasted $15 on a month of service I never received.

It's trash. When it worked it was great, but It only worked like 1/4 of the time. And thats not something you want from a service you have to pay for. The support is semi unreacheable, and if then you just get standard answers. It doesnt support paypal, and Creditcard payment also only works sometimes.
