Brilliant portable product at an affordable price - use both indoors and outdoors - great cardio and all round physical exercise - fantastic after care. All in all highly recommended.

This is truly amazing piece of equipment! I love my Instepp and I take it with me for a long walks. It’s light and easy to use. It really helped me strengthens my arms and legs. There’s also very good tutorials on Instepp website.

Great value product that is fab to use. The follow up session 121 to run through bespoke exercises was fantastic- really love it!

I bought Instepp and Julie very kindly did a video call and spent time showing me the best exercises to use for my specific problems. For years I had struggled with weak arms, and very bad back/pelvis. I am so very happy with Instepp and been recommending it to others. It has turned things around for me my arms are a lot stronger and legs never been better. I just wanted to connect with you, as now I have the confidence to do something new, a new venture. Really great invention for exercising all parts of the body . Legs, arms , torso . Easy to use & easy to store

After watching a YouTube video with Liz Earle discussing the benefits of the instepp with the founder, I decided to purchase one. Unfortunately I have short legs & found the length of the item too long which meant they kept falling off my feet. It has therefore put me off using the product as I found this very frustrating during my work out, having to place the straps back under my feet. However after consulting with Julie she offered help & further advice. Great customer service 😊

Instep has worked for me, it’s easy to use and whenever you, feel like use them.
It’s helped me lose weight and feel much better mentally and physically.
I would recommend instepp as a way forward to a healthy lifestyle.

The website isn't up to date, but after speaking to Julie she is going to get her IT team to update her website with more of her workout videos that can be found on her Youtube channel Insteppfitness. I hope this product gets more promotion as it would be great for circuit groups and older people to have a good controlled workout.

Problem resolved quickly and beyond my expectation.

Julie is so inspirational and supportive. I live near her and she suggested we meet up to go through how to use the Instepp. She gave up her time and gave me lots of advice to help with a healthier lifestyle. I have bought 3 so far, one for myself and the others were for my elderly parents to keep them active. It's a great product. I don't have time for the gym so this suits me well.

Fantastic product! Really good quality and so easy to use. It might seem 'gimmicky' but you definitely see & feel the results! Delivery was very quick and everything well packaged. The 'Class' videos (YouTube) are brilliant - a good selection of levels/duration and always very motivational!

My friend and I have just come back from an Instepp retreat weekend. We had a wonderful time. Julie was friendly and welcoming. A beautiful hamper of flowers, prosecco and toiletries was waiting for us on our arrival. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the home cooked meals were delicious. We went walking in breathtaking Sussex countryside. Julie's enthusiasm and local knowledge enhanced our experience. We were both given a completely bespoke exercise program catering for our individual needs. I would really recommend instepp and the retreat weekend for anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness. We left feeling refreshed, empowered and motivated. Thank you Julie.

Instepp is an amazing exercise product that enables exercise whilst carrying out daily tasks especially if you have a busy life. It makes exercise fun and not laborious. I have just attended an Instepp weekend experience which was enlightening, fun and full of laughter. I would thoroughly recommend Instepp.
