Sadly soon after I purchased the Instepp my card was used fraudulently, I contracted Julie as as soon I could. Julie’s kindness was second to none and she sent me out an Instepp for free. I’m happy to say that my bank is sorting the money that was taken (but will take some time). My Instepp payment did go through on the end so I now have two Instepps! I am giving these as Christmas presents so can’t say how they actually are but if they are anything like Julie then I’m sure they will be great and my partner and son will love them!

Great way to workout outdoors and indoors. Just received mine and had a good start with a 15 minute workout from the guidance of your detailed website. A much needed all round body workout. Can highly recommend for all fitness levels. 👍😁

Amazing workout tool! I have been exercising all through lockdown and when I use instep I notice a dramatic change in the intensity of my workout which I love! I have had two classes with them! One outside with music which was new and not a normal boring workout where I burnt double the calories I usually do! My other class was in the pool where it also works! I highly recommend it!

My daughter said, "Don't waste your money, Mum!" I was aware it was just a simple gadget but - it might help!! However, a large nylon bag and a smaller nylon bag came with the thing - two plastic bags therefore (to make it look like you get you money's worth?) And nothing else. Have to say - if there had at least been instructions - just a simple piece of paper, one sheet would have done it, but - nothing!! I was cross. And the stretchy bits - the gadget itself? What do I do with it? I remembered - the ad said there was a demo video. The 'blurb' had led me to believe I could do it on the spot at home. I have not left the house for six months - that's why I need a toy!! I found the demo video. Lots of fit 9and skinny) people in a park. Nothing to help me there. Common sense, yes - of course I can use that and work it out but in real life - I haven't bothered. Total waste of money!!! And I'm still cross - or just sad.

Really works out the upper body whilst walking. Truly a great workout.
