I cannot recommend this clinic more highly! I am having laser hair removal with Harriet.

Harriet is so professional, thorough, kind, efficient and gentle, and she always makes sure that the process is as easy and pain free as possible.
I was very worried about it being painful, however surprisingly it is quite painless and I am already SO thrilled about the results!

I have found the Institute of Medical Physics to be exceptional. I have had sessions at both the Chigwell clinic and Kings Cross. I always find it easy arranging appointments, and they work really hard to make the follow up appointments convenient for me.

Harriet is absolutely brilliant, so lovely to see each month and is always so accommodating. From every part of the process from booking the sessions, the actual sessions, feedback after each session, to any follow up care, as well as the actual clinic itself (which is always spotless) - all of it has been excellent and I will be recommending this clinic to all of my friends!
I plan to book for other treatments at this clinic, as I really trust them and have found their customer service and care to be fantastic - thank you!

I had my eyebrow tattoo laser removal with Dr Emanuel Paleco who is clearly an expert you can trust. I came here with dark permanent eyebrow makeup tattoo that I desperately wanted to remove. Dr Emanuel is a professional and explains everything so well. The results from the laser treatment are amazing and the technology used to perform the removal is fantastic. I am so happy with my eyebrows now and the whole experience from the start. Highly recommend the services here and Thank you again Doctor!

We were recommended to Dr Emanuel by Gary italliander who had treatment from
Dr Emanuel himself and knew he would be able to help my wife Shoshana.

Three weeks ago Shoshana and myself arrived at institute of Medical Physics in Kings cross to a very smart practice.

We understood that Dr Emanuel could help us but we were unaware how he would. From
the start of the consultation Dr Emanuel knew exactly what was wrong and went straight to the area in her back and down to her ankle. We had the written result of Shoshana’s MRI scan and it showed that Shoshana had a bulged disc Dr Emanuel was able to translate the data immediately and tell us the best way to maintain her pain. Before we went to the clinic Shoshana’s pain was a 10 and the amount of pain relief and pills she was taking to dull the pain.

Dr Emanuel uses electric pulse therapy to reset the nervous system and reduce the pain indicators. As her husband sitting and listening to everything he said and watched in amazement how machines could change dramatically from a first 45-50 minute session and almost immediately down to a pain level of 4-5 and she was able to walk out much more comfortable.

We had another session a week later and after a initial 5 minute chat about how the pain was in the week Dr Emanuel went straight to the areas needing the change.

Shoshana and I both have a charity we run in London to feed the homeless over the last 5 Years and we walk approx 6-7000 steps over 3 hrs for nearly ten months she couldn’t come out with us to join us due to the sever pain she was getting. After the first session she came out with us and was able to walk the whole night our friends which volunteer with us was totally amazed and our friends on the street were very happy to see her,

Today we had the third session with Dr Emanuel he asked Shoshana what her pain was at the moment she told him she was at a 2. After only three sessions her pain has reduced down and she has almost completely stopped her pain relief.

This therapy is widely used in Italy but Dr Emanuel is the only person in the U.K. to use it.
I was so impressed with the thoroughness and inclusion of his diagnosis and him listening to me a worried husband I would not only recommend him I would urge anyone who has the same problem as Shoshana to go to Dr Emanuel and see what he can do you will be amazed.

This was our last session on the advice of Dr Emanuel and if Shoshana needs more help we know where to come immediately.

What a lovely clinic in King’s
Cross offering wide range of treatments. The practitioner is very nice, polite and helpful. He really cares about providing the right treatment and combining treatments to his patients so that they are happy with the results. I had tattoo removal there and my first combination of two face treatment for ageing, sagging skin, dropping jaw line and eye lids. After the first treatment I received many compliments already! I definitely recommend the place. Don’t hesitate! :)

I get laser hair removal with Harriet and she is great. She is thorough and friendly, so makes me feel completely at ease. The machines they use aren't too painful, but Harriet is always very empathetic for any pain experienced.

I have had laser hair removal treatments from other companies but this one is by far the best and has produced better results. Sharan always books my appointments and always accomadates my schedule.

I went for a 6-session full body laser hair removal. Harriet was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. Every step of the way, she gave feedback and advice on how treatment was progressing. I will definitely revisit for maintenance sessions

My skin has never looked better. I’m complimented all the time and look a decade younger than I should! I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the web and contacted the website chat, they couldn’t have replied faster or been more helpful.

I have darker skin and finding a laser tattoo removal specific to my skin tone was paramount. My tattoo has visibly changed, I still have a couple of sessions left but can see a huge difference. Dr Paleco is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about skin and takes the time to answer all my questions about the procedure. I would 100% recommend their services.

I firstly visited the clinic for laser hair removal, after 5 sessions I have about 80% hair reduction and am very pleased with the results. Whilst being treated for hair removal I mentioned to to Dr Paleco that I had been suffering with an ankle injury for 2 years and had little success with physio and the strengthening exercises I have been given. After 2 treatments with a combination of ultrasound and electrotherapy I was able to double my running distance to 20km. I couldn't be more happier with the treatments and the knowledge that Dr Paleco has. Would thoroughly recommend for laser or pain treatment!

I recently came in for my first session of laser fat removal and the experience was exemplary. The clinic is in a convenient location, clean and well presented. I was worried about whether the treatment would hurt but when at the clinic, Harriet immediately made me feel at ease; she was very professional throughout. I am very much looking forward to my next treatment and would highly recommend the clinic too.

I had a course of laser treatments for pigmentation. I’ve seen noticeable improvement and i’m only midway through my course. Really happy. Cant wait to finish my treatment. The best clinic i’ve ever been to a Dr. Emanuel Paleco has been so professional!

Well what can I say absolutely amazing, had a consultation for my hair removal (full body) and didn’t realise that they remove tattoos aswell signed up straightaway. I’ve had my first sessions on both it is a little uncomfortable but definitely worth it, and it’s fantastic already started to disappear definitely worth going to see Adells for your treatments, atmosphere is so relaxing can’t wait to go back.

Great experience and lovely staff. The plus is that they sell their own products so they really know what they are talking about!
