Found the best value test for myself, I have iron and vitamin D deficiencies so there's list of markers I need to constantly monitor, on top I'm taking creatine to help with constant tiredness and want to monitor my kidney function including cystatin c just in case as creatine can falsely elevate creatinine and cystatin c on it's own is very expensive. London Blood Tests were the only ones that offered a complete test option that covers everything I need and for UK at a surprisingly very decent price. I do need to drive to London which is far for me but it's well worth it, may in future book at home visit, will definitely be using their services again.

Initial blood test rescheduled to new location (an aesthetics office)/time, then time changed again. After 5 days London Blood Tests said the equipment had failed and offered a replacement test that was £30 cheaper "for free." When I asked for the difference between the price of the new test and what I had paid, they literally increased the price of the new test by £30 online in real time while we were discussing (!!!). I have screenshots before and after. Unbelievable!! Fortunately this ordeal inspired me to put more effort into searching alternatives and found the same test nearby for £50 less.

The service was outstanding, and I would definitely suggest it to others.

I booked a Premier Health Test for my partner on a Friday, specifically because they advertised a 24-hour turnaround. That never happened. We waited 5 days for the results, during which my partner had to call them three times to chase it up. No one ever followed up as promised and we were just left waiting with zero explanation.

I also sent a formal complaint and was completely ignored. When the results finally came, they emailed a generic message with a one-line apology and then asked for a review. No acknowledgment of the stress, inconvenience or the fact they failed to deliver the service we paid £153 for.

To top it off, they even got my partner’s name wrong in the email. If that’s the level of attention they give, I’d seriously question their handling of sensitive medical information.

Save your money and go somewhere more reliable. Fast results mean nothing if you have to chase, wait, and get brushed off when things go wrong.

I organised CD56 and CD57 blood tests with this company, as recommended by my doctor, due to long COVID. Unfortunately after I had my blood test at the pharmacy, the company found out that the lab did not perform the CD57 test anymore. They quickly organised the CD57 blood test with another lab, and performed a home visit to obtain a blood sample. They also ensured that the blood sample arrived quickly at the lab, by sending it via courier. I really appreciated their swift approach to handling the problem with the CD57 test, and would recommend the company to others.

Amazing experience and customer service has been beyond expectations! Communication through WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. I had to make a few adjustments and request extra blood test, nothing seemed too difficult and were very accommodating. Will definitely be using this service again, they have great packages!
