We discovered Instrument wardrobes on line . Had previously had a Sharps fitted wardrobe which cost us thousands of pounds. They had crammed in so many sections and features that infact it didnt end up serving the purpose . So when we found instrument and saw we could tailor make the interior to our needs we decided to buy one. Infact we now have 2 of their wardrobes they are that good. We were kept informed as to delivery dates on both and were expertly fitted . Even helped me to put the rails and shelves at the height I needed. Definitely worth paying the extra to have them professionally installed. Queries are answered quickly and efficiently on line . Knowledgeable staff who helped us through the ordering process.
We have 1 more bedroom to do, guess where the wardrobes will come from?
Would definitely recommend to friends and family and a fraction of the price we paid for a Sharps wardrobe.

Ordered two wardrobes, one was in stock and came within a week and the other took three months, but we were kept up to date with its arrival date. Both were assembled by two professional guys who checked where we wanted rails shelves etc and that we were happy with it. Very happy with the wardrobes, build and customer service.

After finding Instrument online we visited when in London in September 2019. To check them out, I will be honest! However, we were impressed with what they showed us and and how our questions were answered. We had confidence to buy from them. One thing and another, then with covid and a delay decorating it was Ordered just a few weeks ago. A 2080mm sliding door wardrobe and separate chest of drawers to match. Delivered exactly on time about 14 days from placing order. The 2 guys who delivered and assembled it all worked very hard and methodically. They had respect for our house decor and socially distanced whenever speaking to us. All rubbish removed as well. I must say, seeing just what work is involved, how many parts and their extremely high standard of care and workmanship, I would thoroughly recommend paying for their assembly. It then has a longer guarantee as well. The 2 guys I imagine knew the assembly procedure without referring to any instructions. Yes, I could have saved £250 or so with my own DIY. BUT, it would have taken me 10 times as long as they did and I am certain that despite being a perfectionist (I was told by my dad!) I would NEVER have achieved the high standard of finish and smooth operation that they did.
We are absolutely delighted and can't wait to get our other bedroom decorated and ordering again from Instrument. A well deserved 5 star company in our opinion! Rob and Jan, Spalding.

Instrument furniture gave us first class service from ordering to delivery and assembly. The assembled grey wardrobe looks absolutely brilliant in our revamped bedroom. I would recommend Instrument furniture.

I had really good customer service throughout from instrumental and I absolutely love the CLEO set. I opted out for the assembly and thought my father would be capable of doing it as he is a professional joiner. However the parts were not labelled and it was a bit of a struggle so I would recommend forking out for the assembly. Other than that service was amazing and the wardrobe looks great

It was excellent from start to finish . They helped me from selecting the right size as my ceiling is quite low to the whole process of delivery and assembly. Assembly is a bit expensive though but it was just easier. My wardrobe looks lovely! Complemented my bedroom.

Instrument forniture experience was excellent. We owes few properties and we always need to replace or purchase furnitures. The experience was excellent from time of choosing the product, the customer support to confirm delivery and product status to the delivery and installation. On this last point the value was excellent. Also if u think a 100 to 200 gbp is a lot for delivery and installing a wardrobe with lights and chess of draw is a lot, it isn’t I tell you. The boys were immaculate. Punctual organised and clean. A 2metres wide by 2.15 metres high wardrobe plus chess of draw was built in around 2h. No dirt left behind and no disposal of any packaging

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new bedroom furniture set that arrived last Friday, it looks great, sturdy and fantastic value, the 2 guys who put it together were efficient, polite, clean and tidy, I cant fault the service at all and would recommend your company 100%.

I am so pleased with the service received from Instrument. Having had an eye watering quotation for a fitted wardrobe from one of the leading companies I came across Instrument on the internet. The sliding door wardrobe I ordered is of stunning quality for the price and looks like real wood. The company kept me in touch with my order date, the installers arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I am so pleased with the service received from Instrument and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Kept fully informed from the start. The wardrobe is way better than I could have imagined. It is absolutely stunning and huge. Nothing flimsy about this flat pack. I paid for the installation service, worth every penny. The two young men who built and installed it were completely professional and took all the rubbish away with them. The installation service isn’t cheap but it really was worth it.

Really pleased with the purchase of cleo wardrobe from instrument furniture. Lots of choice in different colours and sizes and brands to choose from. The customer service from start to delivery was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment I had questions on the product I was interested in using their online chat function, right through the purchase process and yesterday the delivery and installation, these guys have been an absolute class act. The communication and customer service has been second to none, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation!

Bought a mona white wardrobe last March , already a year later the wood has started to split , and the door won’t fully shut , looked fantastic when it was all put together but unfortunately quality of it hasn’t lasted ,

Customer service was really good. The furniture arrived within a week of ordering. I also received a text to confirm if i was going to be able to take the delivery. I bargained a great deal and the quality of the furniture is really good for the price. The only thing that could be improved are the instructions. There are pictures but it could do with some writing to make it more clear. Overall, i am really happy with it. There were no damages and compared to other companies, the overall experience as a customer was stress free!

Fabulous choice of wardrobes. I found exactly what I was looking for, a quadruple wardrobe which was split into 2 doubles for me and my husband. Got a mirrored door each and in such a fab colour that matches our bedroom perfectly. Comes with 1 rail each and 2 shelves. Ordered an extra shelf for my husband's side for his shoes. The installation was amazing they were so quick and put it exactly where we wanted it and set the interior up just how we wanted it too. Could not have asked for better. I guess you get what you pay for!

Beautiful sturdy furniture that didn't break the bank. I was sceptical about stepping away from the likes of Ikea and Wayfair for my new bedroom furniture but boy am i glad i took the chance. The service i received from point of order right through to the minute the furniture was delivered was fantastic. The emailed video of someone step by step building the wardrobe especially was genius. Cannot praise my experience enough. Extremely happy.
