Excellent company from the helpfulness of the office staff when ordering the bedroom furniture to the delivery and the 2 young men that assembled it. Would highly recommend Instrument Furniture to any of my friends.

Really great company. After a lot of research online for my new wardrobe I finally found the one I wanted on instrument website. I had few questions about the product and they help me via the chat on their website.
Then I had to change the delivery date as couldn't be there and I was stressing already but the team helped me to reschedule etc without issue. Installer was great ( Ramas and Antoine) asking us where we wanted the shelf to be fitted etc and the site was clean when they left. Worth the price and stress free.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received from start to end , they arranged a date that suited me and stayed in touch with me , the wardrobes and furniture are amazing quality and straight forward to build with the instructions , they look beautiful ! The delivery men were professional and lovely too . Very happy highly recommend especially as I hadn’t heard of this company before so was a little bit cautious about ordering !

Ordered a wardrobe unit for delivery and assembly. All communications with the company were excellent, and the guys who did the delivery & fitting were great. Am really pleased with my new unit, and would definitely use Instrument Furniture again.

After I purchased one wardrobe (which was delivered, promptly and without problem) I realised I had ordered too big and I needed to swap!
That was not a problem, they arranged to pick up first wardrobe two days later and deliver me a slightly smaller one. The difference in price was then refunded immediately.

Very good communication via email. 2 extremely polite & professional men did the job in a couple of hours and it is really excellent quality & so much storage that I’m very pleasantly surprised. The furniture was delivered on time by a polite team and the instructions were good you only need pictures and the order of construction. Myself and my girlfriend built a huge wardrobe with no issues. The completef furniture looks good and is of a solid construction not flimsy like some flat pack furniture can be, I tecommend this company.

We had moved into a new build with zero storage. I was shocked at the prices of fitted wardrobes. Trying to find wardrobes that had plenty of shelving and hanging rails with less than a month’s delivery time was so hard.

Until I found this company and it was thanks to the fab Trustpilot reviews that I decided to put my trust in them.

Before placing my order I asked plenty of questions, to make sure everything would be ok. Then I ordered the wardrobes (Mason 13, Cleo 6, Cleo 3) and Cleo chest of drawers.

They have just been built by 2 guys, who worked like trojans. Assembly is well worth it.

The wardrobes are awesome - the quality, the amount of storage, the assembly….

the Lenox wardrobe is great really solid and the two guys who assembled it were great took them a couple of hours would have taken me a couple of weeks!! All in all really happy with everything.

I've had my wardrobes a couple of weeks now. And we are very happy with them. I brought the lenox wardrobes and drawers and I can honestly say the picture doesn't do them justice. They are gorgeous and very well made. I can't find a single falt with them. The service was what we all want when paying a lot of money. Communication was really good. I had mine assembled by there team. They was two pleasant young men who even took there shoes off without me asking. (Manners) only took them a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend these wardrobes and the company. One very happy customer. Thank you.

Great bedroom set! Love it and the two guys that put it up were so quick and efficient. Would have taken us days and took them 2 hours!

Been looking for wardrobes and saw these on the internet - from first queries to deliveries the company have been marvelous. We chose the cleo 2 bedroom set 250cm [shetland oak] which was delivered within 10 days - we kept looking at the boxes and decided it was too big a task for us to tackle so contacted instrument again to see if they could assemble for us. I had a reply within minutes and a date confirmed straight away. Yesterday they came and put them all together and wow! the 2 guys were so polite, helpful and did a fantastic job - took all the rubbish - i thought this kind of customer service was extinct - the quality of the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables are fantastic - strong, sturdy and beautiful. The price is amazing for the quality and ive looked around a lot in shops and internet - i dont normally write reviews but this company deserves it - if you are thinking or ordering, stop thinking, these are definitely well worth the praise

An absolutely fantastic experience with this purchase from start to finish, from initial enquiry right through to delivery and assembly. The unit is even better than we had hoped for, fantastic quality and just what we were looking for especially for such a fantastic price! The communication from start to finish has been fantastic, the delivery and assembly team were fantastic! Polite, speedy, an excellent job... taking all packaging away alongside respecting current Covid guidelines. I would recommend that everyone spends the extra money for the assembly, the whole experience couldn't have been better!
