Having previously purchased a couple of large wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, I had no hesitation in returning for a second chest. Great quality item delivered on time and put together on site by two polite and efficient delivery chaps. Have already ordered another chest of drawers for delivery next week. That should tell you all you need to know regarding my experiences with this company. Superb service and a delight to do business with.

I absolutely love my wardrobe with sliding doors.
It holds everything I need, looks great and is well built.
I paid to have the wardrobe assembled and installed, worth every penny. The workmen were great, friendly helpful and efficient.
I would definitely buy again from this company.

We highly recommend this business . Having just moved into a new house we have ordered many different kinds of furniture from other company and were disappointed with them ( some didn’t deliver on time , we had items missing from some delivery’s too) all except Instrument Furniture .
Instrument furniture were easy to order through in their website , we had sliding wardrobes in two rooms with mirrors , two chest of drawers and side tables to be delivered and assembled . We are kept up to date about delivery . They were delivered on time , the two delivery men who were also assembling the furniture were polite ,friendly and followed distancing rules. They just got on with it . They took their time and were very hard working, the wardrobes etc were put together really well and we love the quality . Will definitely order from this company again .

Where to start. I purchased a Cleo Wardrobe. Great communication all my questions answered the same day. The team came it fit it on time. Took there shoes of at the door. Got straight to work. Job done.

Yesterday I had a large Cleo sliding door wardrobe delivered and installed. I got it for a great price in the sale and I am not disappointed it looks great and the quality is fantastic for the price. The guys who delivered and installed it were fantastic. Polite hardworking, clean, customer focused, smashing guys! A credit to the company. I highly recommend this company and will definitely look at them first in future when needing new furniture. Thank you.

Bought the CLEO sliding mirrored wardrobe. Build quality was excellent- fairly heavy which reflects that. Assembly instructions were well written making it a fairly simple build. The delivery lads were sound and gave us a couple of helpful tips. Communication was excellent throughout and delivery was hassle free. I lit the shelves and rails ul using lighting kits bought from IKEA and I have to say the end result - the wardrobe looks amazing. I dont normally give 5 stars however I will buy from Instrument again - LEGENDS!!

We paid extra for the fitting service as we had two sets to be installed. The guys doing the installation grafted all day long, very hard workers indeed.
Both of our children are thrilled with them, for once we think they may keep their bedrooms tidy.
Value for money for furniture 10/10, the fitting service is a little expensive but well worth saving all the hassle of doing it yourself so i'll give that a 10/10 too.

Great experience with my purchase from Instrument, easy to talk to staff about my order and on delivery the driver opened the boxes to check the product was in perfect condition before leaving. Would recommend!!

Great wardrobes a good price during the sale and the assembly service was excellent.

All round service very good. Wardrobe of a good standard and looks the part. Fitters kept us informed of arrival time and very efficient. Company arranged for the fitter to return to amend the internal hanging space arrangement very promptly. After sales service perfect.

So we were quoted 200 pounds to build the furniture, given our IKEA efforts from before we thought we'd be fine..

Firstly they wouldn't take it up the stairs, they informed us that we would have had to pay for the full service for that to happen. This is quite uncommon compared to industry standards..

Then we tried to build it.. every quoted timeslot was actually multiplied by 5. All in all it took us around 8 weekends to build a chest of drawers, 2 side tables and a wardrobe.

Certain screws weren't very good for the furniture, and when we bought our own, this was where it sped up our time a lot.

The way in which it gets you to build the furniture is very strange, e.g lots of gluing, instead of giving you a wooden piece they give you 4 wooden pieces to stick together etc

The final product was ok but everything is misaligned slightly and it's difficult to fix..

All in all, wouldn't buy it again from instrument but clearly from the other reviews if you're willing to pay a lot for building you might be ok.

I can honestly say the service we have received from beginning to end has been out of this world. They answered all my questions leading up to the purchase. We paid for installation and that was worth every Penny. The lads who came were pleasant polite and very efficient in building the furniture. They were done by the time I would have built half of the wardrobe. The quality of the furniture is excellent and when they had finished it blew mine and fiancée mind in just how good it looked. Family have seen it and thought just the same. We have had a house adapted for my disabilities and this has just put a very nice touch to our room and makes it a room we can be relaxed in. We purchased a bedroom furniture set with assembly for a rental flat in the City of London. The furniture was fairly priced and the sales approach unpressured. The delivery & assembly team provided an excellent service. They overcame really difficult unloading and restricted parking as well as delivering the furniture to the 4th floor with the lift out of service.

They were positive, cheerful and polite despite the challenges. A refreshing “can do” approach.

We would look to buy from Instrument again and would not hesitate to recommend.

The service from the Instrument team has been great, we had our delivery and instillation with in 3 weeks, the installation team cleared up all the rubbish and checked we were happy before leaving.
