From the Web chat when I was deciding on a bedroom set, to the delivery and assembly, what a superb, professional, hassle free and friendly service.
I ordered a bedroom set for my daughters new room. When choosing online the staff offered a very personal service.
I booked a delivery date and they actually offered me the day before it which worked out even better.
The two gentlemen that came to assemble the suite were not only fast and efficient, polite, friendly and so tidy they cleaned all the mess away.
Will definitely be coming back for my room as my daughter's room now shows mine up!

We brought the instrument CLEO 1 bedroom set 250cm [grey matt], we were a bit cautious having not heard of this company but have to say, the customer services always responded when we had a questions and were really helpful. The guys who installed our furniture were really friendly, professional and worked really hard. We love our new wardrobe set and can highly recommend this company.

We ordered a wardrobe, including assembly, and have been hugely impressed by the customer service and quality. I had a couple of queries that I sent by email during the order process and they were incredibly fast and responsive. I really appreciated the delivery updates along the way too. The two fitters who delivered and assembled our wardrobe were amazing. They took great care with the wardrobe and were so friendly and helpful. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I am so impressed by this company. They were helpful, quick to respond to questions,and queries.
I chose my design but i had to wait for carpet fitters,instrument happily held my furniture to deliver and assemble until I was ready.
The guys telephoned me and texted me on delivery day to ensure i knew exactly when they arrive. Without asking they removed their shoes,and got to work.
They were professional, polite and very very tidy.
They checked periodically that things were being placed as i wished, and cleaned and removed all rubbish.
They were amazing,as a person who suffers anxiety especially around works to house,i found the experience a pleasure and i would highly recommend this company,their customer service is excellent.

I had an excellent experience with Instrument. I bought 2 wardrobes - both were of excellent quality, the installation was well organized. One had a broken mirror and Instrument responded well to my request to replace it with a door without a mirror. Despite the fact that it took a long time for the replacement to come, the team were responsive at all times and kept me updated. I was very happy with the service and the products.

Good quality furniture and excellent service. Nothing is a problem, any questions where answered promptly. Assembly is well worth the price and the 2 men where very efficient, put the furniture together very quickly with no mess. Would certainly recommend.

I’ve ordered 2 wardrobes from this company and had them assemble both times. Wardrobes came super quick and the guys who put them up were friendly, polite snd took away all their mess. Would definitely use them again

I have just assembled and fitted a CLEO1 wardrobe from INSTRUMENT. I have to say it is probably the best all-round Internet company that I have ever dealt with. Everything about them I have found to be exemplary. From pre-sales advice, through ordering and delivery and then after-sales, their commitment to providing a customer-focussed service has been exceptional. Their chat-line and email response has been almost immediate at all times and they have gone out of their way to provide answers to all questions.
The wardrobe arrived at the nominated time in secure packaging that was placed in the requested room. I elected to assemble the item myself and it took the best part of a day. The assembly should be well within the capability of an average DIYer. Some of the sections are quite heavy and as suggested by the company it is really a two person job.
The finished wardrobe is structurally sound and aesthetically very pleasing and represents good value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending both the company and the product and happily award 5 stars plus on all counts.
