The service we received from Insul8 was brilliant. We needed to check whether two of our rental properties were suitable for cavity wall insulation and Matthew who did the survey was very knowledgeable and professional . We received a detailed report.

Positive experience with Insul8
We had Insul8 to install cavity wall insulation (CWI) after doing our research. They were very patient with addressing all our questions especially regarding matching our mortar to conceal the drill holes and putting us in contact with a previous client we could visit to view their work before proceeding. They did a good job including a thorough survey. It is a messy job so we did have to do a bit of tidying up after they left and it was noisy whilst they were drilling but that's to be expected. All team members were professional but special thanks to James and Matt. Whilst we haven't used less heating since having the CWI, we have noticed that the house stays at 21C for much longer after the heating has been switched off so the house is definitely warmer in that regard. We would therefore recommend the company.

Outstanding service!
We recently used Insul8 for our cavity wall insulation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After the survey, we received an immediate quote, and the job was booked in for just a week later, which was incredibly convenient. James was great - very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done in around 4 hours. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was left nice and tidy. We're extremely pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Insul8 to others!

I recently contacted Insul8 regarding cavity wall insulation for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. James promptly arranged for a survey and thoroughly explained the entire process, making it easy to understand. They conducted a detailed survey of the building and provided a reasonable quote.
We agreed on the installation date, and the install team turned up on time and completed the work efficiently.
Overall, Insul8 has been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable company with top-notch service!
