Amazing service. From start to finish I cannot recommend Insul8 highly enough. Great communication, quoted and processed the job quickly. Very helpful and did such a clean and tidy job. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant after‑care service for a very small repair. Matt went above and beyond, his eye for detail is second to none, and he’s genuinely one of the friendliest people you’ll deal with. Every message was answered quickly, and the communication was spot‑on throughout. The follow‑up calls didn’t feel like a box‑ticking exercise; they were sincere, helpful, and really appreciated. The job was carried out to an excellent standard. A trades company you can trust. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Insul8 added a new, thicker layer of loft insulation, plus they created a raised boarded section above the new, thicker insulation. They worked really hard, tidied up, and were very patient with making tweaks to get the loft hatch working to my liking. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We had a really great experience with INSUL8 from start to finish.

From the initial phone call, the team were very informative and quick to help, answering all of our questions clearly. The guys who came out to carry out the work were thorough, professional, and very approachable — they took the time to explain everything and were completely transparent throughout.

The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and we also received the certificate and warranty promptly afterwards.

Overall, a 5-star service — we would highly recommend them to anyone considering insulation work.

Matthew came out to assess our wall as we were considering cavity wall insulation. He assessed our wall and gave very good honest advice. I had another company come before he came and was not offered the same standard of advice and level of service. I thought there was no cavity insulation in our walls and he checked saw that there was cavity insulation. It probably wasn’t the best standard of insulation but I respect his honest and would recommend this company. Definitely give this company a try.

James and his team worked very hard and did an excellent job for us. Updated the loft with perfect insulation & new boards etc. A clean, professional work carried out. Very helpful & explained everything before starting the work. Once the work was done they cleaned up & put some items back into the loft for us. We only made the payment once we received the invoice from the office. I would highly recommend these guys from this firm 10 out of 10

A massive thank you to Matt, Lewis, James and all the team at Insul8 - It can be a daunting task looking for good tradesmen these days. I spent ages researching various insulation companies and went with Insul8 because they were competitively priced and professional throughout the consultation and quote (two companies quoted me over the phone) - It was also quite a complex job, as the team had to insulate around my disabled sons 'hoisting beam anchoring system' in the loft (its like a roadmap up there) - Matt, Lewis and James arrived bright and early and completed the task with no fuss - On inspection, its clear to see that every nook and cranny is completely covered.. Twice!! This is going to be super efficient now I reckon - The lads also cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished, Its like nobody had been in the house! Thank you once again to all at Insul8 and especially Matt, Lewis and James. Just wish I could give you all 6 stars!

On the whole very good service, from the office staff (very friendly) through to the installers.
We had Matt and his team installing cavity insulation for us. The weather was horrendous for them and they had a few problems (not their fault, just one of those jobs!) however they went above and beyond to get the work completed.
The insulation does seem to be working which is the main thing!

The advice given after inspection of the cavity wall was valuable to myself in diagnosing the internal damp issue.
Also the communication from the office regarding times and any delays due to the severe weather were much appreciated.
It makes the difference when you can actually speak to someone and get the help you need promptly.

Matt came round with his team and did an amazing job on the loft insulation. The team were professional, quick and tidy. From the quote to the job, communications has always been there. Looking forward to the loft hatch being installed.

I had had loft insulation work carried out in the loft on the recommendation of a surveyor.
The company did not do what I had asked them to, or carry out the work properly,
so I contacted Insul8 to discuss my concerns.
Matt came out and assessed the loft and offered a solution which I accepted
James and Matt arrived on time and completed the work, explaining what they were doing.
They did a great job, tidying up afterwards, Leaving no mess.
They left me feeling reassured and glad that I had hired them.

Insul8 came out and gave me a really comprehensive survey of the roof space and suitability for what needed to be done. I got an initial quote, but we went over a few options to find the most affordable route for me. On the day of the install they were very polite, efficient, and left the property clean and tidy. The new insulation is so tidy and helping to keep the house much warmer.

Matt and his colleague did a really first class job when adding insulation material to our roof space on the 26th September. They cleaned up thoroughly on completion leaving no mess whatsoever. Couldn’t have been more helpful so have no hesitation in fully recommending them.
To top it all, the cost of the job was very reasonable.

The service we received from Insul8 was brilliant. We needed to check whether two of our rental properties were suitable for cavity wall insulation and Matthew who did the survey was very knowledgeable and professional . We received a detailed report.
We would recommend Insul8 very highly.
