Great company, the bottle keeps drinks hot for hours.

The delivery was prompt, and the bottle arrived well packaged. The quality is outstanding: solid build, sleek design and attention to detail that really sets it apart from other brands i've tried. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a high quality insulated bottle !!

This is a total scam. Waited weeks for item which was clearly coming from China not UK as stated. Poor quality. No reply to emails. No chance of money back unless my bank can sort it. Avoid!!!!

They sell cheap China shit for expensive price. You can return it but forgot about refund. No answers about my refund. I lost £137.

It's scam!! Don't buy from this company! I bought a bento box recently. It claimed that the food will be kept warm for a few hours which was not true. The food turned cold within half an hour. I emailed them numerous times with no reply. The phone number is not genuine.

I ordered a 700ml bottle but they sent me a 500ml bottle. I have emailed 3 times in 3 days, they have not answered my emails. I will not buy from this company again.

Avoid this company at all costs, order still hasn’t arrived even though it should have arrived 2 weeks ago! Made several attempts to cancel the order and get a refund to be told it wasn’t possible as the items had already been shipped which according to the tracking information shows it still hasn’t left china! Had to report this to my bank as a fraudulent company please do not do any business with these scammers

I totally agree with all the other reviewers, I paid a little more thinking the goods were manufactured in the UK they are not!!! They are dispatched from and made in China, poor quality and not fit for purpose, a total scam website. DO NOT USE you will be ripped off just like me , and trying to make a return or a refund is not dissimilar to trying to speak to God 😂

I asked this company for a refund and they are not responding.

They first offered store credit and when I refused, they just have ignored my emails since then.

Awful. Appalling service and terrible quality products. Please avoid.

I placed two orders on the same day and I am having issues with both orders: the products are all made in china, despite the website stating they are 100% British, they have not sent all the items in the order, some items were dirty (so either not new or a clear evidence of the lack of quality), some tupperwares did bit close and seal properly (so not fit for purpose). Have tried to contact the company many times and the telephone number on their website does not exist and the only way to contact them is by email but they simply do not respond so it is impossible to get in touch to request a return! Please avoid. Totally fraudulent and scammers.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Bought an insulated lunch box as a christmas present. The recipient of my gift contacted me as he knew that this product was not cheap as lunch boxes go, so advised me that the food was cold within an hour when it was advertised food stays HOT for hours. I tried chat on 2 occasions to reach out to this company with no response. I have sent 4 emails with no response. Awful, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please be warned that the product is not as advertised and they do not want to know you as a customer when you notify them of this. Avoid, there are similar products on Ebay for a fraction of the price which I have found out since!!!!

I regret purchasing from this company. The products are of extremely poor quality. Not only that, but they falsely advertise themselves as a "100% English brand." Upon receiving my items, it became evident that they are simply reselling products from China. The lunch box I received had labels entirely in Chinese and was from an unknown brand, further proving the misleading marketing.

To make matters worse, it took a ridiculous 18 days just to receive a return label, and I was asked to provide a reason for the return, which is not only unnecessary but also against UK consumer rights. I returned the items on 25th November (I have proof), and I still haven’t received my £82.00 refund, although the legal timeframe is 14 days.

In addition, despite claiming “Response within 24 hours maximum,” their customer support takes days to reply, leaving you feeling completely ignored.

I highly advise steering clear of them to avoid the frustration, poor quality, and slow, unhelpful service.
