The service was fantastic. I was devastated when my tandem slim X2 insulin pump screen was smashed after accidentally detached the loop from pump. Emailed and filled in report, got a new pump in 2 days. Couldn’t ask better than that! I’m glad I have a great insurance to pay for.

Genuinely very impressed with the ease of a claim I had to unfortunately make this week. Daughter lost Medtronic pump at a concert on Monday, claimed Tuesday and had a new pump on Thursday. Best monthly direct debit I could ask for !!

I took out this policy on the advice of my local health care providers after being issued with an nhs insulin pump. I found it so easy to set up and found the policy cost reasonable and good value for money.

I recently lost my pump while on a hotel break. I was so worried about my health but also thinking about replacing the pump was a concern. This is where Insurance4insulinpumps really come into their own. I started the claims process online around 8pm on Thursday evening, this was simple and straightforward asking for only relevant information. I recieved an email explaining that my claim would be reviewed within 24 hrs. By 9am the following morning (13hrs) I had an email confirming my claim was successful and that they had contacted my pump supplier to order a replacement. The pump was delivered Monday morning (would have been earlier on the Saturday but I was out when the driver called) overall I cannot recommend this service and company highly enough. The experience was hassle free and just what I needed at a time when I was already stressed and not feeling great. Fantastic company and a real safety net for insulin pump users! You won’t regret taking a policy!

My insulin pump (dana i) sadly broke during the night, filled out a claims form at 8.50am. Within 30 minutes i had a reply that it had been successful and the next day my new pump arrived.
No hassle and super quick response times!

My sons pump stopped working and ypso refused to replace as there was a scratch on the screen. We filled in an online form at 8pm at night we had a response early the following morning and they sorted everything straight away. A new pump arrived the next day. Very happy with service and communication from insurance4insulingpumps. Would highly recommend.

Broke the pump whilst in hospital abroad. Unfortunately I was unsure how long I was going to be there to receive a replacement, but the Insurance people made the process easy and the new pump was waiting for me when I got home

Our Insulin pump was broken but operative, we contacted Insurance4insulinpumps and Conroy sent us a replacement pump after reviewing the claim form and pump picture.

It has been a very positive and smooth experience, I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Highly recommend, paid insurance of £6.95pm for just over 4 years. No increases in premium or anything.

Then the dreaded happened and my pump split meaning I needed to claim on the insurance.

Thinking oh this is going to be a nightmare and I'll have to do X Y and Z, I'll have to pay this excess etc. you know, the usual issues with insurance.

Well, I filled out a form online and provided a simple picture of what has happened.

Bang, next day, email received. Anxiously open the email to expect a decline or a need more information etc.

CLAIM APPROVED AND NEW PUMP ORDERED ON MY BEHALF!

Highly highly recommend and will be using this insurance company for life.

I called on a Friday afternoon in a panic as my daughters insulin pump had failed and we weren't sure if it was a mechanical failure or because she had dropped it a couple of weeks before. Craig was really reassuring and helpful- he immediately sent me the claim form which Ypsomed needed to see before they would send out a new pump and made the process really easy and quick (we managed to get the new pump the next morning because of being able to preemptively put in the claim). This is the smoothest insurance claim I have ever had! What was turning into a really stressful situation was immediately sorted. If I could give you 100 stars I would- thank you so much.

A broken pump is a stressful time but the speed and kindness of this service meant we were back up with a new pump running within 24h. Thank you.

So pleased with this service. I cracked the screen of my pump when going to the toilet and they were very quick and efficient when processing my claim. They even sent the new pump with a screen protector which was a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!

I broke my pump and realised at1 7:10hrs which was 10minutes after the office had closed. I went back online and found a claims form which was so easy to complete it only took me 5 minutes. At 09:10hrs the following day I had a reply from the company saying that my claim had been assessed and a new pump had been authorised. I then received a call 30 minutes later from the pump manufacturer saying one had been put out for 24hr delivery and I received it in my hand at 09:00hrs which was superb service. I haven't had to make a claim, which I know is the real test of insurance, but the experience I've had setting up insurance for my daughter's pump and when her pump was changed has been very good, emails have been responded to quickly. I feel that the cost is reasonable.

Straightforward company to deal with. The priority always seems to be resolving the problem promptly and caring for the insured. Excellent.

Been with this company for years, they have always been a comfort to have but on the occasions disaster strikes the fast response and replacement service is a god send. I cannot rate highly enough, this is the best decision you will make, i have so much less worry knowing they will support me if every I unfortunately need them! great value too.

My daughter’s pump fell off & was lost during her DofE expedition with school. Insurance4insulinpumps were quick to help with our claim, and Medtronic sent out a replacement pump asap. The whole experience was made so less stressful by their straightforward claim form & helpful advice. Highly recommend, hope we don’t have to claim again, but if we do I know we are in safe hands 🙌

Insurance for my pump was quick and easy, you don't get bombarded with emails from them, good peace of mind for me that my insulin pump is insured great company!!!
