The whole experience was made so less stressful by their straightforward claim form & helpful advice. Highly recommend, hope we don’t have to claim again, but if we do I know we are in safe hands 🙌

We had to make a claim when my daughters pump was accidentally damaged last year, she was 5 at the time and being a very active child knocks and falls were a regular occurrence, the claim was handled so fast we couldn't believe it, absolutely top service with no hassle or stress at all, we would highly recommend and are eternally grateful, also I'd like to add a very reasonable price, a company genuinely interested in the essential service they provide, thank you

I fell and broke my Medtronic Minimed 780G insulin pump, which would have cost over £3,000 to replace. Luckily I had taken the advice of my Diabetes Specialist Nurse Practitioner and opted for insurance. Specialist insurance responded immediately to my online report and photographs of the damage, providing Medtronic with the instruction to replace my pump immediately.
They contacted me every day to see whether Medtronic had contacted me to arrange my replacement, which was reassuring as I was having to carry out blood tests constantly without my pump.
Medtronic were slow to respond, so the claims manager chased them for me and provided me with an update daily.
These are a great company with an excellent customer service team.
