What an extremely helpful, reassuring and pleasant experience. Jeff immediately understood the nature of our claim and, together with his colleague Jeremy in the legal section, provided us with an excellent letter to forward to the insurance company. Our claim was not a large one but was a stressful experience and within two hours we had any further worries put at rest. Cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them.

This was my first experience dealing with a subsidence claim caused by internal foundation movement, and I initially trusted that my insurance provider would act in my best interests. After two years, the loss adjuster confirmed that the movement had stopped, and the insurer’s building contractor proposed laying a new floor in the hall, lounge and dining rooms while we continued living in the property. The following day, Jeremy visited the property to see first-hand how inadequately the claim had been managed and took immediate steps to address the situation. Now, in our sixth year, thanks to Jeremy’s dedication and professional handling of the claim, we have been relocated to a like-for-like property within our area, with full building investigations and remedial works due to commence. As a result of Jeremy’s expertise, extensive internal and external repairs will be completed.
