We have had this insurance for two years with no claims and they have charged us 50% more then the original insurance price

This is why the discounted rate is shown on our website for new members. When your policy comes up for renewal, the discount will unfortunately end, as it’s only available for the first year.
This is because our underwriters provide this offer exclusively to new members, and after that initial period, the policy moves to the standard pricing.
