The experience was ok.
The experience wasn't great. You offered a renewal premium, not the cheapest but OK. I am only buying insurance. Trying to make this into" a life changing experience "doesn't work for me. The proof of the pudding will come if I have to make a claim, then and only then do I find out what sort of an insurance company you really are!
