Not a simple Holiday Insurance request took quiet sometime over the phone to obtain a quote for our needs Spencer was exceptionally patient with excellent customer service skills. We rang approximately 16.15 hours and our request and quote couldn’t be finalised prior to insure and go closing at 17.00 hours, Spencer asked if he could ring us at 10.00 hrs following day and he did bang on time and quote and annual travel policy sorted.
