I needed to update my son’s medical details on my travel insurance policy for our upcoming holiday. I got through straight away and spoke to Nicky on the phone. She was very pleasant and friendly and dealt with my query very efficiently.

We had to change medical details on our policy prior to travel, this was a very easy and quick process via the telephone. Libby who dealt with this was extremely pleasant and efficient.

After reading my policy I realised I hadn’t included things like waiting lists I was on and a surgery I had over a year ago. Called in to advise them of amendments and had very helpful call.
