Absolutely awful service

Been told numerous times on call our claim has been approved we should receive payment in next few working days

Then call up again to be told it’s still awaiting approval. This has been going on now nearly 2 months after we weren’t able to go due to our son being in hospital

Sent all hospital documents, put a complaint in and had no correspondence

Their website was a bit confusing for me and I ticked a wrong box and my travel policy was cancelled. However I phoned customer services was less than a minute and then got excellent help from their customer service agent Giovanna and the issue was swiftly and professionally resolved to my satisfaction.

Spencer was very polite and informative. And seemed sincere with my problem.

Needed to make a simple change. Quick, easy & friendly.

Like the easy buying side, but unsure about delivery as could not open my confirmation email. I had to delay opening, but The I&E company forgot to highlight that they sent me a time critical token as a key. Note: This meant I had to spend an hour faffing about on their website with a half intelligent a.i. / human to gain it. And recover the policy details to check them properly. Strange!
As to the policy - not sure , bought belt and braces type as traveling on a coach, on a ferry to veteran reunion in France at beginning of the school holidays. So we shall see...thanks. P. S. Was happy until I printed out the policy documents. At 70, yes over 70 pages, it cost me £8 in costs and could have been in B&W ink to save colours ( why?) 2) condensed in font, space and layout to print on less paper, and 3) Plain English and just more readable.
4) a printed claims form added, if it's so long.

The advisor I spoke to was very helpful and was able to deal with my query effectively and with a very pleasant manner.
Highly recommended.
