So easy to purchase online and great value for piece of mind while travelling. Hopefully I will not get to use it but it’s in place if I need it

We have used InsureandGo for the last 8 years when travelling and never had an issue.

Be aware, they charge excess on per person per claim and there system does not allow multiple items on one claim for one trip and policy, so if you book for a family with 6 people you will get 6 access charges per claim or trip per item.
I booked a trip for two people and they refused payment as the trip was $400 and $200 per person, also refused emergency booking stuck at dallas airport for incorrect booking yet wasn't aware until stuck in customs and couldn't leave the US until made a reservation new booking it was horrible.
Depreciated item claimed not replacement for new also, every chance they avoided payment, no good being cheaper if they don't pay when needed run a mile.

I've been using InsureandGo as my travel insurance for the past few years now and they're been amazing! I had to do a claim for my iPad and the claim was really quick! I'd recommend InsureandGo anytime.

Insure and Go have been an extremely good company to deal with. The pricing is very competitive and dealing with their claims department has been very easy helpful with quick turnaround on my claims.

I have used Insure&Go multiples times over the years for overseas travel. The process is always simple and well explained. It is my go-to travel insurance! I have compared other insurers and Insure&Go definitely offer the best value out there. I also recommended Insure&Go to a family member who was within days of leaving for their overseas trip. As there were some complex medical issues to declare she phoned Insure&Go and said their staff were so helpful in getting the insurance organised. I am so grateful they were able to get this insurance as they actually had a medical emergency while overseas and Insure&Go reimbursed the hospital stay expenses in full.

If I ever have a claim, I will find out then how to rate you. So far , so good.

I went with your company due to ease of use on website and price however ended up cancelling within my cooling off period due to not having the cover we wanted - natural disaster for Indonesia.

I compared with many others and for over 60's this is the best. It is very easy and reasonable priced.

Applied online and had a query, a quick phone call and our query was answered. Price was competitive, coverage suited our needs and the whole process was easy.

So far so good. Great price for what we need. Have not traveled yet. Had several other company policies that were tedious far more expensive and did not give us what they claimed to cover. So very hopeful that insure and go will be our go to travel insurance

This is a review on purchasing a policy only as we are yet to travel. I usually buy travel insurance through our health insurer but thought I would get a quote from Insure and Go. I used a discount code through One Big Switch. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was this policy cheaper, it had better cancellation insurance - we have an elderly relative and wanted cancellation cover in case they became ill before we travel, requiring us to cancel. The other company has an 85 year age limit for this clause. We hope we won't need it!
