I was surprised to find that I was underinsured for my health coverage, despite paying a higher premium with my previous company. However, under a new policy with additional benefits through the broker, I have a lower premium and no excess.

I always worry about these calls, that they take forever and end up with some crazy subscription but this chat ended up with a great deal, and I know exactly what I have on my policy.

Really took his time to help me understand the details? Cheaper isn't always best? And I was tempted to do a very basic cover with bupa for £43.. I've had private insurance since 2020 and have tried saga insurance but I think.i will stick with this one at £67 a month.

I was called by the agent and was reminded that my health insurance was up for renewal, he was polite and helpful as usual, he helped me find a cheaper one as mine had increased considerably. Great advise great saving a pleasurable experience

My advisor Liam was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to clearly answer my questions and concerns due to switching provider. The new policy is somewhat cheaper but mainly I have now actually got a better policy to cover any issues relating to a pre existing condition from over 20 years ago. I am very pleased I spent the time listening to my options.

Chloe gave great clear and concise information and was able to answer any questions with a pleasant and positive manner. There was no hard push to buy or add 'extras' to the policy and called back when agreed to fit in with my schedule.

Mike was really helpful explaining what was covered and how I could save money on my existing policy without losing any of the benefits I currently have. In fact, it was better whilst paying less.
