ORIGINAL REVIEW: Thank you for great customer service from Insured Health’s Jamie Jarvis, patiently explaining how we could save a significant amount each month with BUPA. Very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions: never realised that we could have used a broker for health insurance before - well worth doing and shall definitely recommend to all our friends.

No hard sell just excellent customer service.
Bryn was very knowledgeable and patient, he went through the process in simplified detail to allow me to make an educated decision. The documents where provided with a simplified check list that helped me compare the offer of a new supplier. Changing a health provider after 10 years is daunting but the savings and improved cover were compelling.

Everything was explained clearly, I didn’t feel under any pressure .

Reassuring Service

I had a very smooth experience setting up my private medical insurance with Insured Health. Andrew and Neil Gass was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood every detail.

The confirmation came quickly, and everything was processed without delay. It’s such a relief to know that my AXA Health policy will be active from 21/10/2025 — just when I need it the most.

The communication was clear, friendly, and respectful. I especially appreciated how fast the paperwork was processed and posted. It gave me confidence that I’m in safe hands.

Mike was extremely pleasant and very patient in allowing me to get all my details. Anything that I wasn't able to provide, he took it on hand to help me find what I needed. Very professional and was not pushy whatsoever. I wasn't contacted by insured health, I contacted them.

The agent that talked me through the policy was Mike Boden. He explained everything really well and was very friendly and supportive. Also explained that any issues going forward he was just a phone call away for support. Would highly recommend.
