I can only comment on buying a new Pet insurance policy. I searched on line selected what looked the best policy for me. It was set up and paid for in minutes. I hope that any advice or claims that I may make in the future will be as easy

Straight forward site
Straight forward site, easy site to use and neogiate. Pet insurance sorted in a matter of minutes, clear answer to any questions I had and also one of the few companies not looking to ask for a ridiculous amount of access plus a percentage of any claim. At least with Insure Your Paws I do not feel as if I am being ripped off with Pet Insurance.

Slow claims process had to write this for them to take note
Good price and no issues with setting the policy up. The issues start when you try to make a claim. Made a claim in a previous policy year and had no issues but since then they have changed the company who assesses the claims. Every week or 2 I get an email asking for more information, surely when assessing the claim you can ask for everything you need in one go. Seems to a tactic for delaying payment. Portal is never updated and impossible to get through on the phone. Keep getting put through to gadget insurance?!? Still no word of when my claim will be settled. Update June. After seeing this review I was contacted and they raised a complaint for me and I eventually got my claim settled.

Excellent Value for Money
We thought the price quoted for the cover provided was excellent value for money - based on this we changed insurer for the first time since getting a dog in 2008. The purchase process was seamless.
