I purchased a bike and unfortunately the rear wheels innertube was punctured. I phoned the company and they apologised profusely. They sent me a new innertube which I was able to repair myself. The innertube arrived within 2 days which gave me plenty of time to have it fixed for Xmas.

Bombarded with spam

I have never heard of this company or had any dealings with them before they started spamming me with support ticket emails. All attempts to contact them have failed so I will be reporting to the information commissioner under GDPR regulations.

Do not trust these dishonest people

My wife purchased a bike from these prop e as a birthday gift. On arrival the bike was faulty with the front brake disk rubbing against the brake pad caliper. The bike was sent back to Insync with the agreement from them that the bike would be replaced. The bike was returned to us 2 weeks later only to find that is the same bike unchanged, still faulty however, they had re-packaged the bike to look new. This is nothing but dishonest practice. Do not trust these people and take youpr business to a company you can trust, who will sell you a quality item and a faulty bike.

Hi Laurence, First of all my apologizes for this experience you had to go through, let me assure you that we will provide a solution to you. Typically bikes are semi - assembled (80-85%) when shipped online, this is standard industry practice across UK and the world. Please write to customerservices@insyncbikes.com we will guide you further. Regards

The 'replacement' is the same defective bike

The bike was unrideable because the brake disc rubs on the calliper housing (not the shoes, the housing). They suggested we bend the disc! We dismantle it, box it up and hang around for the courier. Eventually they say they are refunding. The refund never happens. So finally they say that to compensate, they will replace with a bike "assembled by our mechanic and ready to ride". Liars. It is exactly the same bike. It has the marks from where we tried to follow their advice to 'fix' it. It is still unrideable, and it sure as hell was not assembled and ready to ride. They are lying scum who have nothing but contempt for customers.

Bike wasn't fit for purpose

Bike wasn't fit for purpose, broke in under 12 weeks. First time I was sent a part and a you tube video and told to sort myself. Second time my child could of been under a bus as the brakes broke. Eventually refunded after having to tell them I would take it to trading standards. Quality is beyond poor customer service marginally better

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I will never purchase anything from these people, bought my 8yr old son a bike from argos, the crank went wonky so contacted these people as my warranty from argos had run out and all they did was send me a YouTube video showing how to fix it, I tried that but the crank is still as loose as ever, AVOID THIS COMPANY
