Problem solved

I had some problems but with good old fashion customer service (and I mean that as a compliment) they were resolved. I will be buying my next ebike from this company.

Bought childrens bike- faulty but resolvee

Bought childrens bike. Seemed good value but after a few weeks a part went that meant the rear wheel did not turn when pedaling. Fast response from company who provided a spare part and youtube link of how to fix. Far from ideal as had to take bike to pieces and sort myself but customer service good.

Fleur bike for my granddaughter.

Hi, The bike has only today been opened for my granddaughter, unfortunately the basket is bent and the front wheel seems slightly buckled. Pleased with prompt delivery and it is just what she wanted otherwise.

Awesome delivery packing and quality…

Awesome delivery packing and quality 👌. I only spent too much time in fitting the front brakes of both cycles. Rest all well. One suggestion, assembly manuals should be refined...seems common for all cycle but it should be secific to model that would be really great.

Order arrived very quickly

Order arrived very quickly. Had to contact customer service as we thought a part was missing. Our mistake but customer service responded in super quick time. Very happy with our granddaughter's bike. Can't wait to see her face when she has it on her birthday
