I signed up but the following day had a medical emrgency. I asked them if I could pause my subscription. They just cancelled my subscription insted. A small amount but still a wasted $$.
Breach of guidelines
Hard to cancel subscription
Once you subscribe to this ridiculously expensive app, there is no way on the app to cancel. You then have to email them to cancel and they refuse to refund you even though you did not use their services. Their communication is rude with the usual “you did not contact us to cancel” excuses just so that they can make a buck out of you before you leave. I have cancelled with other apps in similar situations and they gladly refunded me.

Absurd Billing Practices and Complete Lack of Transparency
I subscribed to the Intch platform believing it was a monthly plan. However, after signing up, I realized I was being charged on a weekly basis — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of subscription.
As soon as I noticed the recurring charges, I immediately went back to the company’s website looking for the contract, subscription details, or a way to cancel. To my surprise, I found none of that. There is no clear cancellation flow, no easy access to terms within the user journey, and no objective information about the billing frequency.
The only guidance available is that cancellation must be requested via email, which is completely inadequate and inconsistent with a transparent digital experience.
I then contacted the company requesting both cancellation and a refund, since the charges were occurring under a misunderstanding.
The subscription was eventually cancelled, but the refund was denied.
During the support process, I was directed to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. I carefully reviewed both documents and found no explicit mention of weekly billing. In other words, the most critical information — the billing frequency — is not clearly stated, even in the legal documents referenced by the company.
Additionally, the overall experience was extremely frustrating:
More than 8 emails exchanged
Standardized responses with no empathy
No real analysis of the case
The company repeatedly stated that the terms were accepted, but failed to indicate where weekly billing was clearly disclosed
It is clear that:
There was no transparency about weekly billing at the time of subscription
The billing frequency is not explicitly stated in the documents provided
I did not receive any clear confirmation about the nature of the charges
The cancellation process relies exclusively on email, with no direct option on the website
The support experience was rigid and disregarded the consumer’s situation
Given this, I believe there was a serious lack of transparency and a failure in providing clear information to the user, which goes against basic principles of good faith and consumer rights.
I have already initiated a dispute with my card issuer and bank.
My intention was always to resolve this matter amicably. However, given the refusal to issue a refund and the way this case was handled, I am now registering this complaint publicly.
I do not recommend this service. Due to the lack of transparency and the way billing is conducted, the experience is misleading and harmful to consumers.

I joined Intch about a year ago hoping…
I joined Intch about a year ago hoping to find a worthwhile side hustle, but my experience was disappointing from the start. I gave it a solid 30 days and consistently found that the “matches” were low quality — many were individuals or companies more interested in seeking funding for their ideas than actually hiring freelancers.
Deciding the platform wasn’t for me, I deleted my account and removed the app from my phone. However, a year later, I was charged for another year of service. It turns out, I needed to do an added step of cancelling my subscription, which was never explained. I did not receive any email or notification warning me the charge was coming. That lack of transparency is frustrating and feels misleading.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Intch if you’re a freelancer looking for legitimate, paid opportunities. My experience was a waste of both time and money.

STAY AWAY
I wish I had gone through all of the reviews before I gave them my money. Luckily I was smart enough to only give them one month's worth but that's bad enough considering it was absolutely useless. The one job I was immediately fit for, didn't exist and the rest of them were on-site in places like sunny Haiti despite clearly stating my preference as remote. Every time one clicked on something it either didn't exist, had a broken link, or a trust score in the 30s. I don't know what this is other than a blatant scam to get money from people. It is disorganized, uncustomizable, and generally pathetic.

Indeed this is a HUGE SCAM! If only the US had a government that could close this down asap! Its completely useless. and if there are any "good reviews" they are fake. AVOID AT ALL COST!

A complete scam
A complete scam. Impossible to use, nothing useful on there. Charged me for 6 months despite cancelling and deleting my account and now will not refund. Appalling and would NOT recommend.
UPDATE: Intch have finally refunded 5 payments which were not authorised - it's taken the majority of this year and 20+ emails to achieve this - and only after I sent a message directly to the top end of the company. I really wouldn't recommend them as it's wasted a lot of my time in fixing this (and I assume too, a lot of theirs).

Poor Billing Transparency and Hard-to-Find Cancellation Info
Signed up expecting clear billing, but got hit with an unexpected charge. Cancellation details are buried in the privacy policy (had to use Perplexity.ai to locate account management). No signup email, dashboard info, or renewal reminders.
Support was responsive, but the process is flawed. Still requesting a refund—others, double-check before subscribing!
Update: To their reply below - still in back and forth with support to get a refund that they are refusing to process.
And do not be misled. The process is not confusing - it is intentionally misleading. Check also their reviews on Google play.

INTCH - It is a scam
It is a scam! I did not find any genuine jobs and when I tried to cancel my subscription they ghost you and continue to take money. Do NOT sign up to this platform.

Don't bother with this
Don't bother with this. You pay to join and then most of the jobs are totally unsuitable and in countries you can't even work in. You have to filter through loads of posts yourself and the AI filter is awful at connecting to the correct ones. Then if you do find a job to apply for you have to apply through a separate company that you ALSO need to pay for. A total scam. Save your money and don't believe the insta ads.

Spam and Scam - 0 stars
If I could give this service 0 stars I would. It is a total scam. It is filled with “jobs” that are scams - you express interest in one and get spammed with multiple “positions” that are not jobs or income producing side hustles. They do not remind you of upcoming charges and refuse refunds when it is clear you are not using the app and have indicated you have no intention of doing so. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Shady as hell
Shady as hell. Went to endorse a coworker, had to create an account to submit it. No support option on website. Cancelations are apparently a huge pain, and the company keeps responding to reviews complaining about that by giving an email address which, in turn, sends you a link. They state repeatedly that they are "working" on making the process easier. I call BS on that, as simply adding a link to the form they already have into users' profile settings would be trivial. They obviously make this process tedious on purpose so people are more likely to just give up and keep paying.
Basic site functionality like searching for users (to add them to contacts) simply does not exist.
Garbage website, garbage support. Avoid like the plague.
ETA: In response to the response below, I will say this: if your intention is not to make cancelation difficult, add a link to the webpage to do so. In many jurisdictions, this is actually required by law - it cannot be more difficult to cancel/unsubsribe than it is to sign up.

Arnaque
The marketing is clearly misleading: it gives the impression that job listings are freely accessible, but you quickly discover that you have to pay. In my opinion, this strongly resembles a scam disguised as a job platform.
