Can’t access Dashboard
Web interface would not allow me to log out without creating a profile. I created a profile in an attempt to log out but all that is happening is a screen with the Intch logo spinning. There is no user support, no app, and no accessible web “Dashboard.” Total scam!

DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY
I signed up for Intch expecting relevant opportunities in my field. In my experience, none of the jobs matched my area of expertise, geographic location, or language preferences. Several postings I clicked on were already closed or no longer available.
The opportunities did not align with my professional background or filters, which made the platform unusable for my job search needs. I have requested cancellation of my subscription.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Once you want to *cancel* your subscription you really have to jump through hoops. Subscription management is not directly accessible on the dashboard. I had to open a support ticket and they sent the link .
I am not sure if the subscription was canceled because you cannot see any confirmation of that on the dashboard.

Poor quality, avoid.
Difficult to cancel and nothing but scammy postings and all jobs are pulled from other job sites and are expired or no longer open.

Poor form. Businesses like yours shouldn’t exist.
I logged into the platform in 2025 to explore remote work, and not one request for work came through, despite me working in media and marketing at very high levels for some of Australia’s and the worlds largest media organisations. They did not notify me a year later that another $100 USD was going to come out of my account, and when trying to cancel my subscription it’s not possible on mobile and on desktop the cancellation button is so hard to find three pages deep on an unrelated page.
Poor form. Businesses like yours shouldn’t exist.

I subscribed to Intch with genuine…
I subscribed to Intch with genuine interest in using the platform to support my job search. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from the beginning.
One of the first issues I encountered was the inability to connect my LinkedIn profile during onboarding. Despite multiple attempts, troubleshooting steps, and several exchanges with customer support, the problem was never resolved.
While the company states that LinkedIn integration is optional, in practice the onboarding experience strongly encourages it, and the failure created immediate friction and reduced confidence in the platform.
More importantly, the overall user experience did not meet the expectations associated with a paid service. I ultimately did not use the platform at all because the initial experience was frustrating enough to discourage further engagement.
Customer support remained polite and responsive, which I appreciate, but there was no flexibility or willingness to find a commercial resolution despite the circumstances.
From a user perspective, this was money spent without receiving real value.
I hope the company improves both the technical reliability and the customer-centric approach in similar situations.

I subscribed after the onboarding…
I subscribed after the onboarding process stated that I had “4,000+ matches” for my professional background in marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.
That quantified representation was the primary reason for my purchase.
After payment, no relevant roles were available in my field despite extensive searching.
The company later clarified in writing that the 4,000+ figure:
• is an automated estimate
•does not represent actual current opportunities
•varies based on filters, preferences, location, and time
A refund was requested and denied.
My concern is the use of a large, specific numerical claim to induce payment when it does not correspond to real, available opportunities at the time of purchase.
After three decades in this industry, I have a serious problem with quantified marketing claims being used this way.

Absolute scam for desperate freelancers looking for legit opportunities
Absolute scam!!
Before subscribing, they advertise that more than 5000 jobs match your profile, while actually the job offers are COMPLETELY mismatched to your profile's skills.
Out of more than 200 jobs postings, only 5 were aligned to what I was looking for, but sadly it looked like fake ones as the job description was almost non-existing and they never replied.
I have already contacted the customer service for a refund, but of course they don't provide one.
Save your money, this platform is just a scam for freelancers that are desperate to find a job.
Shame on you!

Unclear subscription management, bad job matches
Bright story, sad outcome. I've spend several hours looking through job opportunities and found 0 matches globally. Also they do not provide refund if you subscribe directly via website and do not show their pricing clearly. First ONLINE service i used over the years who required direct EMAIL to get know how to cancel their subscription.

I requested a refund as soon as I realised this service was worthless which was very soon after subscribing, but instead of resolving the issue, they gaslit me and refused to return my money.
Intch appears unethical, they seem to exploit vulnerable job seekers by taking their money without delivering any meaningful service or support then provide gaslighting excuses as to why they can’t assist you when a refund is requested. Don’t be fooled by the nice comments they provide under the reviews here, they’re completely misleading based on my experience. This company doesn’t reflect one that cares about its customers and doesn’t seem to want to work with you, irrespective of what they say. I’m now determined to email them repeatedly, wasting their time at a rate equivalent to what it would cost them to hire someone to handle my inquiries, until it matches the amount they unfairly took from me. Yes, I’m that disappointed and that petty.
Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

This place appears to be fraudulent
I contacted customer support approximately 15 minutes after signing up to cancel my subscription. I was informed that a “code XYZ” had already been generated, which they claimed made my purchase non-refundable.
The companies they suggested as potential matches were not legitimate. There were four in total; one was an LLC registered in India, and I was unable to verify the existence of the other three through basic due diligence.
It’s disappointing to see practices like this, especially when many people are actively and seriously searching for employment in a challenging economic environment.
Despite multiple requests, I never received a refund. While the cost was relatively small (around $29), I ultimately reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent. I also felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I rarely do, even after poor service.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. This service is nothing short of a scam. No user base all the jobs are just people trying to sell you courses. They offer no refund and the support team is likely some terrible AI bot. Company's like Intch are ruining the internet and networking space.

Thanks everyone for being honest about this site. I want to find a p/t work from home job and I'm getting fed up with these scammers. I always add to my text that family member is with law enforcement and checks anyone I plan to get involved with. Amazing how that stops the texts coming in.

Terrible and untrustworthy experience
EDIT: I did contact support multiple times, including within an hour of the charge. Each time, the request was refused. The issue is not a lack of communication on my side, but the refusal to resolve the situation despite timely contact and clear evidence. Framing this as “please contact support” is misleading, as that step was already taken and did not lead to any resolution. I stand by my review.
I was charged for a subscription by Intch.org without receiving any email confirmation or clear notice that a paid subscription had started. After discovering the charge, I immediately tried to cancel, but there is no visible option to cancel anywhere in the mobile app or the web dashboard. This feels deliberately hidden.
I contacted support within one hour of the charge, explaining that I never received confirmation and wanted to cancel immediately. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund. Charging users without proper confirmation and making cancellation intentionally difficult is not acceptable and comes across as scam-like behavior.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this service. Transparency and basic subscription controls are missing, and customer support was completely unhelpful when the issue was raised promptly.

DO NOT USE THEM
DO NOT USE THEM.
I signed up but cancelled very quickly after realizing that the services weren't as advertised. However, I still kept being charged. Some character by the name of Jim David wrote back to me citing their policy, stating that I failed to cancel my subscription before the trial ended - I most definitely did but yet he refused to issue me a refund. This happened for 2 months. I'm very angry.
