Use these guys if you want to get your parcels. Maybe 10% of the time
90% of the time I have to reorder because something is gone wrong they lose my packages I never get a straight answer from them. When I call the customer service I just get told that it's not their fault except the fact that when I look up where things went wrong it's always in their possession I do not understand how this company is still used by Amazon. I have asked Amazon to stop sending my parcels through them especially when my parcels are supposed to be delivered by Amazon. I cannot understand why Amazon uses them as their go-to to even deliver Amazon parcels. Intelcom /dragonfly are one of the worst careers out there.

This company will never ever learn to differentiate between an office and a home.
Offices close after 17:00, homes no.
Offices are closed on Weekends. homes no.
They always try to deliver to my office on fridays after 17:00. Thus, if they leave it outside, it might be stolen. If they reschedule the delivery, I have to wait until monday afternoon or worse until tuesday. I have complained many times. I am an older person that uses amaon for everything. So, Intelcom in my book you are the worst of the worse.

I love when I receive my purchases from Intelcom, because they usually bring them up to my floor and leave them outside my door, saving me a trip down to my mailroom. They always arrive between the estimated time frame, and my packages arrive in very good condition, which is important to me because my packages contain one or more books, and I hate having dents and punctures on them. I'm very impressed 👌

AVOID using Intelcom Dragonfly at ALL COSTS
Intelcom Dragonfly has to be the WORSE delivery service on the planet.
Last time I ordered from them, it took a dozen texts and calls and 8 weeks to deliver 1 package of paper 😩
Now I order led something on Tuesday from Amazon and paid EXTRA for fast shipping by Thursday. Instructions clearly say it’s a business and we are open Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm.
Like with the paper, they tried to deliver it at 8pm and now it says they’ll retry before 10pm Saturday.
So I call and the first agent (Nera or something like that) she says “I will have them resend to you before 5pm” then she says “It’s your fault you didn’t tell them you’re closed” even though I explained it in the instructions of the order then she said “well I cannot guarantee I can them resend it” - when I pointed out that, unless there is a language barrier, she is contradicting herself - she starts yelling at me that there’s nothing wrong with her English and I’m not listening to her
So I repeat back to her what she said, pointed out that her yelling was unhelpful and inappropriate and that I’d like to speak to another agent or manager - she yells back there is no one else, she has no supervisor and hangs up 🙄
I call back and surprise surprise I get another agent (Alex); nothing the first agent said she was doing was actually done - my package is sitting in a warehouse WAITING to be assigned. He cannot reach any drivers, he cannot advise them we close at 5. He said all I can do is WAIT until it’s assigned to a driver and THEN I’ll know what time it’s scheduled for delivery.
So as of noon today my package - that I paid extra for fast delivery - is sitting in an Intelcom warehouse - and if I’m lucky will be delivered sometime between today and (based on past experience ) June 1.
I’ve told Amazon to NEVER send my packages via Intelcom EVER again!
