In general a very good experience.

They always deliver on the day promised.
I would like to be given a more precise time for
delivery, so I do not have to stay home for most of
the day, especially if it is an expensive item.
They should always ring the bell when the item is delivered in case I am home at the time. The less time it remains outside, the less time for theft to occur.

Amazing service

Amazing service. All i have to say 5 Star , delivered tghe package, rang the bell and actually waited a few minutes on the sidewalk to see if somebody. Opened the door.
I have had pkgs stolen By what we call Pkg Pirates.
The driver of this pkg went above and beyond.
BRAVO!!!!!!

Horrible experience with intelcom for…

Horrible experience with intelcom for many many times. They dont deliver my items while they mark it as delivered i have a very bad experience with a particular driver that should be fired! His name is Mohamed
I avoid ordering anything online when i see that they deal with Intelcom, worse cargo company ever!

Intelcom’s service has seen a major turnaround!

While I used to find their reliability hit-or-miss, they are now my most dependable delivery option when I order from Amazon. Packages arrive on time and intact, and the drivers have become so much more accommodating, even bringing packages upstairs to me (which has never happened with ANY delivery company).

Hamza was a very good delivery courier…

Hamza was a very good delivery courier . But this company has MANY LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL couriers....
Great Job Hamza don't change!!! This company hires LAZY people to do deliveries..Beware hopefully u get Hamza 🤷🏽‍♀️
