Abhorrent customer service.

At 8:00 pm on this night I was startled by a loud thud outside my door. I opened my door to see the intelcom employee drive away, and a package laying in front of my door. He had THROWN my package up onto my deck. He didn't knock, he stood at the bottom of the 4 steps leading up to my door and TOSSED MY PACKAGE up onto my deck. The package contained WINE GLASSES!!!
They request a review with each delivery, so I relayed my experience. No one ever reached out to apologize or otherwise acknowledge the callous disregard shown for my property. I'm way beyond dissatisfied. Sadly we're at their mercy, as there are NO OTHER delivery companies for Amazon here.

horrible service

horrible service. they steal packages and try to say they never got them and they only got the "label" mean while DHL express confirmed they gave it to intelcom.

Horrible company!

Horrible company!
This company has again delivered my parcel to the wrong address( 35 kms away from my address). They emailed 3 times on 3 different days. ( Sunday, Monday,Tuesday) . They have a place to add extra delivery instructions on most of these emails, so I did exactly that on three of the emails. I told them to contact my cell phone since I have a Rural Route address, and they always mess the delivery up. I told they in the message that I can provide a Google pin if they message my phone. Apparently though that message box is not read by anyone since I never got a message or call.
Two of their emails also said
“ Your driver attempted to deliver your package but was unable because the business was closed. ”
So I finally phoned intellicom( dragonfly) since it is obvious they are trying to deliver the package to the wrong address ( I am not a business) - I live on an acreage .
When I phone them and tell them my address, they say the address for the parcel doesn’t match what I told them, and they won’t tell me the address on the parcel due to privacy.
So I finally pickup the parcel after I have to figure out from their picture that they attach to an email saying they delivered the parcel. Lucky I was able to figure out which business it was from their picture.
- when I pickup the parcel and look at the address on the box, it is exactly what I told them over the phone- unbelievable that they can’t read the box?????
And also lied to me about the address not matching what I told them over the phone.
- I’m sure Amazon only uses this company because they are the cheapest- they do not even have a store that you can pickup your parcel like UPS or Purolator- any delivery company other that Intellicom(dragonfly) - I don’t think I should be paying for Amazon Prime if they are going to use this company.

worst company in the world...

worst company in the world...never have i ever seen a company with this many employees get stuck at the front of a door and NOT KNOW TO PUSH THE DOOR BELL......we ran in to some difficulties...my a**. seriously...its like no neurons are working...amazing they all dont get into accidents driving around if they dont know how to open a door

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. They took the contract to deliver rural but you rarely get your packages. They ship them from town to town because they literally have no clue. When a courier company is slower than canada post that says alot. It says out for delivery and you have at least two weeks before you might see anything from Amazon if you see it at all. They are dropping some off at a gas station where anyone can just grab it off the floor with zero monitoring. I've never been so disgusted.
