I have done many positive handling…
I have done many positive handling courses over the years and I felt this approach was one of the very best. The online work covered the legal aspects and then the afternoon face to face session was well measured in reinforcing de-escalation wherever possible and always the lowest level of intervention appropriate. The course leader was excellent - balanced humour and rigour perfectly and demonstrated holds etc. very clearly.

Experienced trainers. Delivered the training in an engaging way. We all learnt a lot about how to safely and positively (no pain should be felt) restrain a young person in the event we have a dysregulated children that requires it.
