I'm 60yrs old and have been taking glucosamine for some time now, have tried other company's glucosamine products however they were not as effective as intelligentlabs. The added ingredients of bosellia,chondroitin,msn and turmeric with the glucoamine does the trick of stopping my joint knee and lower back pain. Excellent product for me.

As first I experience a very small headache and a strong metalluc taste in my mouth. After 2-3 weeks this when away.

I have been taking a magnesium threonate supplement for many years and after much research, did i come across the Magenhance. The only one i could find with glycenate and threonate (the 2 best forms of magnesium) in one tablet and with sufficient dosage. Its early days, but I'm happy with the product and could immediately find a small but noticeable improvement in my sleep. Also recommended this product to a friend
