Initially I purchased this magnesium through their Amazon store but when I saw I was running low, I visited their website where they offered a discount for volume purchases. As I had already tested two bottles and was very satisfied that it did not affect my stomach like other magnesium products out there (no urgent bathroom breaks!) I bought four bottles. I appreciate the types of magnesium used as they are more bio available and I know I don’t get enough magnesium. My main reason for buying this product was for supplementation due to diet low in mg as well as sleep quality (I’m 52 years and female - IYKYK!). Will continue to buy this brand moving forward. I take two capsules at bedtime and though three capsules is the daily dose, I’m happy with only taking two.
Did I mention I received my shipment within 48 hours of purchasing online?! They must have a warehouse near Vancouver BC ✅

The product is just fine, clean and with zero uncessary additives.

However, the shipping was *so* slow. Wasn't fulfilled for about 4 days after I ordered and after paying for expedited shipping, having it take another week (so 2 weeks total) to get to me. I had to contact C.S. to find out where my order was, as the link and tracking they sent me did not update or work. Shipping was refunded, so good on them, but fulfillment/shipping took just too long.

Great customer service, great products that are fairly priced and lots of helpful information by email after purchase.

Service, ease of website & pricing

Well organised delivery, if anything goes wrong it’s sorted out, and refunds are given promptly if supplier out of stock. Wish all companies did the same.

Discount for new customers is a great way to try new supplements. The website was easy to use, my delivery was quick.

I love this Glucosamine product. It keeps me going as I await hip replacement surgery. I'd much prefer the more natural approach than accept the pharmaceutical product suggested by my GP. I appreciate that IL explain when best to take their product and why. Also, Intelligent Labs respond quickly to queries and had a supply sent to me double quick when the original consignment went AWOL. 5* all round.

From my initial contact with Intelligent lab through to my order and a subsequent email with more details about the specific product I ordered, I am impressed. Impressed with the response time, friendliness and follow-up. The product is awesome: I've been using it for over a year. Excellent family run UK business that I am happy to support as they have great products and very good customer service. One thing that really makes them stand out is the extensive information they provide (by email) about the product you just bought! And it's written by the CEO. They're not just selling you 'stuff' they're telling you about it and when to take it and how. Makes you feel more than an order number. Will use again most defintely.

Very good product which I have been using for some years now. The blend of the three bioactive forms of magnesium make it an effective supplement. Helps with sleep, gut health, calcium assimilation, etc.etc. Delivery is prompt !

This was my first experience with Intelligent Labs and it has been amazing. Due to a delay with Evri, the company kindly expedited the product and I received this the very next day. I declined the Evri order when it eventually turned up, but I will 100% use them again, highly recommend Intelligent Labs! We even got an email for guidance on using the product we had ordered.
