Order made over the phone as wanted a specific delivery day. Delivery arrived on the agreed day and the delivery driver was very helpful, unloading the delivery exactly were we needed it. Service couldn't have been better.

Excellent, helpful people! Whether that’s advice on product options or the delivery drivers that go the extra mile, such as Ethan. Nothing’s too much trouble. I would recommend Interline.

Sales team were efficient, delivery was fast and arrived when expected, with Ethan the driver being so polite that I actually took the time to write this review.

What a fantastic company - from phone calls and advice over what material's to use on our project (thanks Ed) right through to big deliveries in a difficult location (thanks Ethan), where being positive and cheerful and having a "we can work it out' attitude has meant so much. Can't praise them enough.

Had a delivery today from Ethan at interline although it was difficult to unload due to parked cars that couldn’t be moved, Ethan managed with his professionalism and good grace, a credit to the company

Excellent throughout. The guy in the showroom was super helpful and the driver Ethan was exceptional. I was kept updated on the progress of my delivery and he was extremely helpful at my property.

We’ve used interline loads for a big building project and most went through the builders account. Always found them really expensive on my own account. I went in last week and didn’t say I had a personal account and a tub of paint and masking tape was £27. Went in today and used my account for exactly the same stuff and they said it was £42. Seems that they are using the account details to dynamically increase pricing to some customers but not explaining that this is the case. No one said ‘you may pay more’ if you have an account. In fact they say it reduces the price. When I asked why they were different they just put the price back to £27 and said it had gone up. Not massively likely to have a 50% increase from the 30th June to the 3rd July.

Very impressed by the finish we got from using their products. The moonstone works great in garden boarders & it had only a little dust so we used it as a base for our well/ spring.
Their black stone (I think Indian limestone ) gave an excellent finish as an internal step & sill for a French door.

9th May 2025:
Just had 10 X 800KG bags of MOT 803 delivered by ETHAN from Torquay branch.
VERY VERY helpful. Parked where I suggested and lifted all bags over my wall to where they needed to go. Great, careful and considerate service, highly recommend. 10 out of 10.👍🥇

So last year I had a load of timber and gravel delivered. The guy turned up and proceeded to stand on the back of the truck passing me - a retired old guy - the stuff. I then had to carry it up my drive and deposit it. This took a while as it was a lot. Lazy B…

More recently I drove up to their depot in Brixham for some more gravel. The same guy stood by the gravel and passed me the bags one by one. I then carried these over to my car! Lazy B…

Not impressed!

A huge ‘thank you’ to Brixham driver Ian. On a very wet and windy day he arrived with a big smile, helped unload all our fence panels, posts and cement and carry them through to the back garden in the pouring rain. He was soaked through by the end but still polite and cheerful. Thank you Ian.

We had a delivery by Ethan today and we just wanted to say how great he was. He was incredibly efficient and helpful and came across as a really nice friendly person! Thank you!

I always find that the staff are really friendly & helpful - they take time to explain everything & find the best way to do things for me.

Our most recent purchase (three tons of garden stone chippings) were delivered on-time with a friendly personal touch and their prices are very competitive without our having to shop out of town at a larger store. We contacted Matt at Torquay Interline to get an idea of price for slabs for our patio project. From start to finish Matt has been extremely helpful and professional. He checked with colleagues regarding the delivery issues for our property and kept in contact with us for delivery dates. We would be happy to recommend Interline and would have no hesitation using them again.
