Great job on this poster celebrating my career! It was very easy to set up & came out an awesome finished product!

I just love this shirt. I got it fast, it fits perfectly so its true to size. It looks fabulous. This shirt brings back so many great memories . Its now my favorite!

I am extremely impressed with the quality, selection and speed of service of the products I have received from Interest Pod. I have purchased a vast array of items ranging from Christmas Ornaments of my wife and I at a fishing outting (2D), framed canvas prints of Military service, awards, and duty locations in an imaginative canvas product. Recently I had made a satin 16x24” caricature of myself, my wife and my mother-in-law with wings, as she has passed on. Very well done, professional, and compassionate for a family who has lost someone. I highly recommend InterestPod for a wide array of items from military service to family memorabilia.

I Never Received My Order. I made several attempts to solve the problem, They had me contacting PayPal, The Post Office, and eventually I found out that they sent it to the WRONG Address, But I never got my Order or A Refund.

Expeditious ordering process and of course a quality product (2 of the product with different custom applications), both of which were very nice and totally satisfied,

My first order took 14 days to ship. Once shipped, it stopped showing progress on the tracking link. After days of no progress I reached out to customer service who replied “ We consider an order lost and will replace/refund an order if there are 10 business days without a scan to a valid domestic address in the contiguous 48 states”. TEN DAYS of no movement is ridiculous. Ofcourse I waited the 10 days and it was lost.

I requested a refund as I couldn’t wait another month for this gift to arrive. They completely ignored my request and said they were in the process of creating a replacement. I requested shipping be expedited, this was their response “We are still working on your replacement item, however, I've inquired for more updates from our Production team.
Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for the tracking update
Thanks for your continued patience!!” So basically no they won’t expedite and that email was 5 days ago and no tracking link yet. I am sure this will come late Feb, if at all. Spare yourself the hot mess disaster don’t order from these guys!

Exceptional customer service!
I noted in my review that the ornament I ordered was very cute but wished it was larger.
I was notified that they would send me a larger version, at no cost. I didn’t expect that.
I received the ornament today and absolutely love it.
I will definitely order from them again.
This was very unexpected and extremely appreciated.
Everything I have ordered so far has been adorable.

I placed an order on 12/23/23….. extremely excited about the gift to my special person …. I’m disappointed in myself for not doing my research. He sent me this site and told me he would like a canvas so guess what? I ordered it ….. I received order info and everyday i check …. The date change to to following day. I email the customer service …. No response. This is not how a business should be conducted ….. I’m trying to be patient but sheesh …. Say something …. Praying he receives it soon

I paid another $11 shipping/tax to get a corrected poster that must not have been quality-checked. It is printed horizontally not vertically and the top and bottom content is cut out.

What a major rip off. I purchased the First responder hoodie for my husband for Christmas. $60 for this thing and it looks like crap. Shiny cheap material and stitched from what looks like a child. I tried complaining but apparently they don’t see anything wrong with it. This business needs to be shut down. All they are doing is ripping people off. People DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered on Dec 8th. Received my order on December 26th. From China! Personalized hoody for my first responder husband and it is cheaply made polyester shiny material. So embarrassing. He will not be wearing it.

Beautiful quality. Great price. So glad that I came across this company. I will be buying more gifts for my family and friends again! My mom absolutely loved her gift. I ordered a personalized blanket with all the grandkids and great grandkids names on it. One of a kind gift just for her.

I am very upset. Got my order last Thursday or Friday opened it last night to wrap them for the grandkids and for Michael they put Marshall on his blanket. I checked my order and I did have Michael on my order. So now I can't give him that blanket! I thought the material was not worth what I paid for the 3 of them. You would think they would check the order before it goes out to make sure the names are right. I couldn't find a phone number because I want to talk to customer service. This is not okay especially for a child's Christmas gift.

Got email at 3am that “they lost my order” and we’re sorry. 2 days before Christmas just “lost an order”. Complete scam of a company. Stay away and buyer beware. After requesting refund their communication has stopped. 100% scam company.

I just ordered a T-shirt and it cost 💲 was expensive, close to 50.00 dollars. This is my second order with your company and I feel that I T-shirt, even with all the extra work should not cost me so much. I am a Disabled Veteran 100% service connected
and still have the same issues with your price point.
I hope that at least the are made in they made in the USA 🇺🇸

Not good so far. It's only been two days, but after my order, I received NO shipping info or confirmation number. I'm so glad I printed out my order confirmation. This to me is a big red flag. So, I go on the site to find a customer service number. To my surprise, I see they are located overseas with no contract phone number. Red flag #2. Shame on me, for not researching this company in detail. Had no worries, as it stated on their site 3-5 days for shipping. I'm on day three with no information at all. Hope I get my order. I sent support an email today. Please respond, as I wanted this by Christmas!!!! email: tm2adams at gmail.

The shadow box is a great gift for any veteran. It displays branch of service ,units and rank and decorations. The canvas print displays everything perfectly very professional and in the right precedence highest to lowest. All of this for way less than other shadow box products other retailers offer. The price was right and customer satisfaction was there to resolve any issues. The entire process only took a few days and product was complete and arrived at my location in a timely manner. I highly recommend this product to proud veterans who would like to display their awards and commendations. A very special gift for any veteran just research their award information first to insure their accomendations are placed in correct order before submitting order.Thanks interest pod great job.
