The flowers I ordered to be delivered in Spain (as a surprise for a special occasion) did not arrive. I was told they had failed to meet the delivery date 2 days after they were supposed to have reached the recipient. Reason given - they didn't have the right colour roses. Rather than letting me know in advance & giving me the option to choose another colour, they just did not bother to make up the bouquet & only told me afterwards. It is now almost a week since the flowers were supposed to have been delivered and they are now telling me the address is wrong so they cannot honour the order. This simply isn't true because the recipient has lived at the same address for 7 years and I have never had issues sending them gifts to that address before. I have therefore cancelled the order & have so far only been refunded 25% of the cost for the inconvenience - no mention of a full refund yet. It is impossible to speak to an adviser on the phone because it is via email only. Extremely disappointing for a company which prides itself on delivering its promises. I wouldn't choose Interflora (especially for international deliveries) again.

The flowers that arrived did resemble the picture, but clearly fading and odd additions were alongside a few fresher flowers. Not likely ordering again.

I ordered flowers from Interflora.it to be delivered to a dear friend who had just lost her brother. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered. I received no response despite following up three times on Ticket n° 677385.
This failure was particularly painful because it happened during such a delicate time. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I trusted Interflora to deliver comfort in a moment of grief, but they let me down completely.

I ordered a bouquet 4 days ago, to be delivered 3 days ago. I have sent out around 10 emails trying to reach Interflora wanting to know why my SURPRISE bouquet isn’t delivered to its designated location. I have already paid for everything including delivery, and they have not bothered a tiny bit to help me after I have expressed how urgent it was. Absolutely horrible company to work with i am so disappointed. I have given specific instructions saying that it’s a surprise bouquet so the recipient isn’t aware.

Order number 1100929419 was not delivered during the required date. Which made celebrating our anniversary far away even harder.
I’m afraid the actual bouquet that was delivered was much poorer than the illustration photo I chose . I am sorry for my aunt who deserved a professionally arranged bouquet not one that could have come from a supermarket at a third of the price . Can’t be trusted I’m afraid , won’t use again
After purchasing Interflora+, the system won't even let me log in to use it. It won't even let me reset the password. And there is NO customer service number.
UPDATE: It's October 1 and you still have not fixed the problem.

I'm an expat and today's my beautiful mother's 60th. I should've called our trusted flower shop in Italy to arrange an order over the phone; I chose to spend 125€ on Interflora instead. What did she get? Nothing. The order couldn't be delivered today but the website said otherwise yesterday. Second time I use Interflora for an "international" surprise and they get the timing or the boquet wrong. I'm pretty upset. Money buys nothing if the service doesn't work.

I expected the flowers to be high quality. That was not my issue. I am thoroughly disgusted that I was FORCED to choose 'Mrs.' (not 'Mr.') in order to continue. There was no other option... I am not married, but I have a hard-earned Doctorate whose title I have always used since 2009. Until now!

I always order from interflora but this time we are not happy, the flowers they delivered to my mum on Mother's Day was dry, not fresh. I asked for a refund or replacement but no answer to my email.

You sent me a coupon for 15% for mother's day to my email of I made an order, but the website said the coupon was in error. Would not honor it. I tried to login, forgot the password, clicked on forgot password, but the system said "no data".
This was for a special cousin in Italy, I finally put the order through using gmail and paid the full amount.
