Awful experience. Placed an order on 03/01/25 to be delivered on 13/01/25. Order was confirmed. On the day the flowers were never received, I never received ANY sort of communication. Tried to get in touch with them via email on the 14th and then again on the 15th. I received an automatic email saying they would get back to me but today, 10 days later, still no response nor refund. Absolutely appalling.

I had a dreadful bouquet of flowers and I have had a reply from them and they promised to refund for the disappointing bouquet, so it turned out to be good, a good exceptional customer service
Was late sending flowers to Relatives for Christmas. I had a guarantee of next day delivery. The website and online process was easy to navigate and stress free.
I don’t know why I had a reply from Interflora Italy, when the delivery was to France. A hopeless muddle and the flowers were never delivered.
Fortunately, we were refunded eventually, thank you, but have lost confidence in Interflora altogether.
What a shame.

I really want to write how they corrected an issue and be happy with it. But I'm sad to say they really have let themselves down.
Having learned a friend was ill I wanted to surprise and cheer her up with flowers sent to her office with a card in her language.
She got the flowers but the card was just a load of dots that she thought was morse code.
I told interflora and they offered some money, which didn't help her. All I wanted to do is for her to get the card as she told me she wanted to keep it as a memory.
Interflora said they would also send flowers, which I thought would be great. However I asked for it to be sent to her home address. However I had to detail for some strange reason items would be delivered to the house next door. I asked the driver to get this right.
You already know where this is going I'm sure....
I then wrote a message to my friend if she got her surprise flowers.... No. So now I've got 2 surprise flowers that are surprisingly doing the opposite of the intention I wanted.
Had I not asked I would never know what has happened as interflora don't inform you that their attempt to rectify their mistake has happened.
Having contacted them today they assured me it had been sent yesterday and they had a photo of the flowers outside the door of the house.
Had thay been stolen???

"Oh no" said the assistant on interflora help chat.
It's the wrong address and is at the neighbours house!!!!
They are going to try and send it again tomorrow.

Don't use them! Scam! I ordered flowers for my bf mother and it never showed up. They don’t reply to email and phone. They took my money and and never delivered !

The flowers my mom received in Greece weren’t ugly but definitely nothing close to what the photo in their site was. I understand that can’t be exactly the same but it was cheaper and much smaller. They didn’t offer me cash back or % coupon for a possible future order. After I asked for a % they’ve said remind us at your next order to give you 10%…. Bad, bad, bad. Order N10736

Flowers were not delivered. No calls received to check if there were any problems. No mails received and impossible to track anything. International delivery simply doesn’t work. At least in Belgium.

No integrity! Great at taking your hard earned money and keeping it, terrible at delivering flowers and customer service. Spent 80 euros for a special occasion, flowers were not delivered, spent over a month in their ridiculous automatic customer service trying to get reimbursed. Came down to my word against theirs due to their lack of accountability through signatures or phone calls and in true to Italian style the customer is ALWAYS wrong. Money lost, lesson learned.
