Amazing service excellent response

Inter Hecs helped me with my application to Sofia Medical University. They help you in every steps in the process and provide you with study materials for the entrance exam which really helped me do really well in the test and get admission. I’m really grateful for their service and would really recommend to anyone who wanna pursue a career in Medicine :))

Excellent communication, clear instructions, a lot of guidance & whole team who is dedicated to ensure a smooth process & transition. On top of doing everything for the university application they also link you to realiable real estate agents who can help you with choosing apartment, set up appointment with telcom company and heaps of other services. Inter HECs did an excellent Job in my daughter's admission process into Medical University Plovdiv. From the beginning of the process, they were consistently following up on me, reminding me on timelines and ensuring that all milestones are met.

When the first ranking was done and my daugter was not included, they kept encouraging that she has a high mark and I should be patient because the competition is high and she was very likely to be considered for the 2nd ranking as I was already thinking of moving her to another place.

Eventually the 2nd ranking was done and yes, she made it. Next we were given 4 days to pay and register and as at that time our VISA was yet to come out and since we are a premium client, they were able to assist us to do all that since we could not travel there.

When my daughter finally left to Sofia, their staff (Emil) made her feel at home and at the end of it all, everything was done with excellence. Loanna, Stefani and Dimitar - I doff my hat- you all did well in responding, guiding and ensuring all went well

Applying to Bulgaria from the UK is frightening. I put my faith in intehecs professionalism and it paid off. I trusted their judgement and it worked. I'm on whattsapp groups with other parents and they have had some bad advice even more at the Visa application stage. I was a local Cllr for many years and can do most things myself but alien to the bureaucratic processes in this country.

It was a debut experience and a mixed feeling wherin we knew so little about everything and had so many questions to ask. An incredible teamwork where nothing was too much trouble, whether that was responding to our personal messages or keeping everyone be it parents or our children up to date through WhatsApp Groups , google meets/ webinars or even out of hours Video Calls. Major portion of the administrative burden was taken off from us so that we had less to worry about and more time to prepare our kids for this new beautiful phase of their lives.The My InterHECS platform is excellent and explains everything step by step. Letting us interact with senior students like Shahzeb and Owais who not only reassured us that our kids will be a part of an amazing journey that they had witnessed for themselves a year ago but also gave every small details from accommodation to food and transportation. I am giving 4 stars here as though we have had an excellent experience with InterHECS staff but have some concerns about the travel reimbursement. There should be a basic travel reimbursement policy irrespective of time of travel or mode of travel. We arrived a few days early and rented a car and hence had zero reimbursement. We thought to be fair we should have been waived off some money as a token.
However regarding staff I must say they are all hardworking and professional. Here I would like to mention Dimiter and Stephanie who were promptly replying to my queries even on their off days. Dimiter especially had been there with us since the start of the process. We found him very competent, polite and understanding. Another mention was Zigmas who helped through the process of application tirelessly. We were also in contact for a short time with Nadia who was again very supportive.

We arrived in sunny warm Burgas for my niece’s new adventure of Medical school. Inter HECS Arranged our transportation from the airport to a simple yet clean and comfortable stay at a hotel while we got ourselves settled in. They had arranged a great day in going around Burgas with our meeting point being at the infamous clock. Stephanie and her team were absolutely amazing and they made us feel so welcome and there was so much fun to To be around. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there at hand to answer any of our questions and concerns. Stephanie was at hand to overlook the contract from
The landlord even though she was travelling. Ivana was so much fun and hit it off with the girls too , she spent what seemed like ages in the mobile phone shop to sort Her Sim and try to help her get the best deal that was going to be suited for her. We had an amazing Bulgarian starter session at the University Which was so much fun as parents and students were both involved. It was amazing and so insightful that Inter HECS Had arranged for students from the year above to show us round And give us an insight around study life And settling in a foreign country With a different culture and very different language. It left me with a piece of mind that Stephanie and her team are always at hand We’re not around and the senior years seem to be also very much helpful That they would be there for the first years. I cannot recommend inter HECS Enough to anyone who Endeavouring a journey of studying Whether it be it medicine Vetnery. I cannot fault their helpfulness professional And most of all friendliness. We were soon to find out that there are many elements for our daughter to moving to study medicine in Bulgaria.
At times a bit confusing and paperwork that is quite overwhelming.
We heard about InterHecs from family friends and so we decided to reach out to them to assist with our daughter’s journey to medical university in Bulgaria.
